I try to always leave good reviews on places but this was the worst experience I have ever had at Chick fil a. When I pulled up with a pickup truck to the drive-thru he went in one lane and I went to the inside lane. There were 6 teenager's hanging out and I had to wait over a minute for one of the teenager's to stand up straight where leaning on the pole so my SUV would fit in the lane. When I passed her she just glared at me I guess for making her move or for her having to work. I had to tell the guy taking my order 6 times what the order was. Once I got to the pickup area another set of 4 to 5 teenager's were hanging out at the window. I was told to pull up to the stop sign. Waited over 10 minutes to get my food. While waiting watched the staff play with their hair, push each other, a guy loading his change belt throw the coin wrappers into the window at the person inside the window, coin wrappers thrown back out the window, a lot of playing around and wasting time. It appeared there was too much staff with not enough work to do. The only good thing I can say is the food was...
Read moreOrdered 2, 4 piece chicken finger meals and a #2 tonight. Lemonade is great as always however our fries had a really weird taste to them and the chicken strips were so small. With the reduced portions we won't be back for dinner. I will never say no to my chicken biscuits but when it comes to dinner it's not even remotely filling enough. I'm literally still hungry and am about to go make myself something to eat which I shouldn't have to do. At a total of $37 and change (and no receipt of course) I really feel like I completely wasted my money.
On a service level, it's absolutely terrible. We were the 2nd person in line for the 9pm(ish) rush. This location refuses to let you take a minute to figure out what you want and is constantly pushing you to come to the order taker. The guy tonight was just flat out rude. Then we waited over 10 minutes while it seemed like all staff members were just handling drink orders that they put outside in 90 degree whether to water down faster.
It's great for breakfast and maybe lunch but if you are looking for a filling dinner this...
Read moreIt had been awhile since I had been to Chick-fil-A and I was surprised by the changes in their drive thru. As usual there was a polite young person who comes up to your car to take your order and process your payment, but then things change. You no longer drive up to a window to have your order passed out the window. It becomes a car hop experience. There is a door where you would have had the drive thru window and your order is brought out and placed on tables. Another polite young person then brings your order to your car. The ticket attached to your order has a description of your car. I was amazed how smoothly this operation ran and how fast it all was. Across the highway is a Zaxby's where two dozen cars were wrapped around the building at a stand still. The bad part for me is I find the chicken strips and waffle fries to so mildly seasoned they are flavorless. I wish they had an option for extra seasoning. You can't wait to get home to salt...
