I ordered 2 hibachi plates (1 chicken & 1 veg) which included soups, 2 sushi rolls (East Meets West & Cali Roll) which did not include soup (or maybe I was missing it in my order?), a side of Noodle Lovers, and an order of pork gyoza. Portion sizes were good for the price. The staff was friendly and the counter area appeared very clean with no smell. There are dishes available, such as fried catfish and tilapia, that are not on the menu, according to the cashier. I guess you would have to call or order in person for those. The customer area is tiny and would be cramped with more than 2 or 3 people waiting. My online order was completely ready to go within the time stated (allow 30 min for online orders). I didn't really like how the sushi rolls were packaged together but it was fine as that was for one person. The sushi overall was pretty bad; soggy, warm, and the rice didn't seem to be seasoned sushi rice - just plain, overcooked white rice. I've had much better from Publix. 2/5 for the sushi, only because it was a good portion size. I don't think we'll be finishing it. UPDATE: after refrigerating for a few hours, the texture of the sushi is much better. 4/5 for the rest of the food. The hibachi plates were tasty. Everything was hot and fresh. The vegetables were cooked well; chicken was good quality and seasoned well; the fried rice had a good texture; gyoza was crisp. We haven't tried the noodles or soup yet but both look good. My only gripe is with the packaging which was VERY flimsy. One plate cracked down the side on the way home, although the bag caught the juice; one plate collapsed when lifting; and one sauce spilled in the bag.

Pleased with my visit on the second day of opening. Parking is a hassle, but that’s expected. The inside is small and can get crowded, but there’s a sitting area outside. I think this was a great addition to Phenix City. The food tastes the same as the downtown Columbus location. I ordered the chicken & shrimp hibachi.

I did a pick up order and it was ready in the time stated. The Takoyaki was not good, did not have flavor, the Snow White Roll was delicious and definitely worth it, and the miso soup was also delicious. Will definitely go back to try some other menu items. Edit: Went back, everything was great.

We placed an order on our way home from church and by the time we arrived, we only had to wait about 10 min. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff was pleasant and even made a correction to our order when my child changed his mind about what he wanted to eat. We will definitely be ordering from there again! While the name “to go” would usually give people the impression that food should be ready in minutes, I would rather have my food freshly prepared than fast food- which would give me the impression that food has been sitting. Waiting 15 - 20 min is not uncommon for this...

First, the young lady behind the counter is about as professional I've seen in a long time. Managing phone orders, walk in orders, food distribution. When you order sushi, the sushi master creates the order at the counter. We ordered California roll and tempra shrimp. Excellent. Also ordered chicken and shrimp hibachi. The shrimp was fresh and flavor great. Fried rice was also good. Both orders came with soup. The hibachi came with fried rice and sautéed vegetables. Great to see this in...
