Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phenix City

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. I think the picture will explain it all but I will explain. My family ordered 2 pizzas one cheese bread a Pepsi and a cookie. After the driver called saying they can find our address we finally get our food. The driver was nice enough but when I opened the pizza, the pepperoni pizza was burnt and the half cheese half pineapple was folded on it self and just a mount of pineapple everywhere. After calling 4 times to get thru to the store we finally get ahold of someone for them to tell us that they can remake it and deliver it. I told my wife to tell them we don't want it remade that cause im not waiting another hour in hope that get it right a sec time, I will just take it up there to get our money back. I go up there for the manager on duty to tell me they can only refund the pizza cause that's what I brought back. I asked the the store managers name which they refused to give me and told me that they should be in about 12.30 to 1 pm the next day. The manager on duty then tried to tell me that's all they could do. I told them that I was not going to wait another hour to get food that should have been right the first time and since I came up there to bring them back there in edible mess that it defeats the purpose of have it delivered. I then told them that is fine I will bring back the rest tomorrow at 1pm to get the rest on my money back. I will never eat or have deliver Pizza hut again and I will let everyone I know about how horrible this...

This location has the worst customer service because of MANAGEMENT. When you order a pizza on the app and you explaining to the cashier and management that this not what you ordered, but they continue to chastise you about how to use the app. So I was going to accept another replacement pizza, but the manager continued to speak to me like I’m a child. She refused to refund my $12.06 and decided to wasted more of the business money by making me another pizza after I clearly told her not too! As I waited outside for police, the manager came to the door and offered a replacement pizza again, which I refused. So she decided to call me childish. I asked her to go back inside and leave me alone. Cops arrived and he explained once the food leaves the building they will not give a refund. Upon complaining about an unknown item that looked like hair or thread on my pizza, an employee at that place was extremely rude and incompetent. Instead of remaking it, she unkindly asserted that the pizza maker was bald and had no hair on his body. What is the connection between that and what I discovered in my pizza? She demonstrated a lack of knowledge or understanding by assuming that it didn't come from him without taking into account all the facts and the precise source. She had no chance of knowing that!
