McDonald's — Restaurant in Phenix City

Ordered with table number. They to lasy to bring to table. They s ream the table number. I got a burger with no bottom bun. Went up to ask for the bun. Nothing but attitude. Was mad like it was my fault you can fo your job correctly. Asked for extra salt on fries. I got none at all. The coke was horrible. Dumped it. Had a mcchicken. Took one bite spit it out. Tasted extremely old. The place was empty not busy at all. Paper all over the floors. Tables were all needing to be wiped off. The place was filthy. The service was horrible. And the food was pathetically horrible. I love mcdonalds. In fact I've been to mcdonalds in 46 states. It's my favorite place to go. This location I will never waste my time with again. Horrible experience. And a waste of money. Piss poor management. Piss poor staff. Would be a nice location. But when ran by lazy people it just ruins it all. They all seem mad about somthing. I went at around 430 pm march 17 2025. First and last time. That saddens me cause I love mcdonalds. I eat there more then the next 20 people I know combined. Just not a good location to go to. I came tonight to buy my kids a late dinner and sat at the order screen for about 5 minutes, during that time I tried to get ahold of them by speaking into the speaker. With no response, I pulled around to the first window. Employees were walking by seeing me there and did not acknowledge my presence. I then pulled up to the 2 window behind the car in front of me. I then sat there and an employee started to fill the cups in front of me, she did not acknowledge me either. I then watched the manager lookup at me through the window multiple times. the window was cracked open so I spoke in and asked if she was the manager, she said yes. I then asked if I was going to be helped or continued to be ignored. The Manager then instructed to close the window on me. I then parked and came back to the window to try and get her name but she refused to give it. I went to the window because the dining room was locked at around 10 when I went. I would like to speak to the owner of this store as well as the manager involved and the regional Manger. I will be back Tomorrow to find out who she was and to file...

Bought fifty dollars worth of food for my family got the food home just to bite into a raw burger not one but two burgers was completely raw all the way through fries were cold just a complete and underly mess and if I can help it I will talk anyone I know or speak to out of eating from this restaurant period it surprises me on the skill level it doesn’t take to make this food but it’s not all on the cook it’s gotta fall back on management as well because if they would have done their job correctly maybe there wouldn’t be someone on the grill that doesn’t know when food is done or not who ever owns this franchise you will have have to do better then this. You are feeding the people of this town and you need someone to take just a little pride in there job to do it right. On top of the food being raw it wasn’t even prepared correctly are they taught to actually look at the monitor and see how the paying customer wants their foot made what if I had food allergies and took a bite of my food I paid for and had a reaction.
