Anna's Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I read the reviews prior to ordering from this place and yah told a lot of lies on here. It was am awful experience and less than one star was due this 'restaurant' if you could call it that. The casava leaf was spoiled, as if it sat out all day and half the night. The lamb was burnt beyond recognition, the jollof rice was green and the atteke was missing. You people should be ashamed of yourself to sell people this garbage. This food literally made me puke...and I would not exaggerate about something as serious as this. When I say never again...I mean never EVER again!!! I had to take pictures of this mess. Just purchased to 5/21/25 around 6pm. The outside picture I took after I threw the cassava leaf out prior to opening the burnt lamb....

The service was nice the lady who served me was very friendly. But I’m sad to say the food was absolutely horrible . I ordered cassava leaf an fufu an my fufu looked like soup when I got home. I don’t no if it wasn’t made right or not but i do no it was not supposed to be that thin a loose. The cassava leaf was ok but not great. It was kinda sweet so it didn’t taste rightist would give service 4 stars but food definitely a solid 1. You just can’t eat African food from every African restaurant....

The person I ordered from was So nice said thank you ,you’re welcome & have a nice day all important things. I ordered 10 minutes before & my food was ready when I came. I ordered the cassava leaf and it was my first time here I absolutely enjoyed it. The only reason I put 4 stars was I felt it could have had more meat. The rice portion was great and it wasn’t soggy at all ….perfectly made. Plus my meal was $10 I would come back here and recommend...
