Burger King — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The Big King sandwiches are currently 2 for 5. I was charged regular price. I also placed an order after this one through the mobile app and waited almost an hour and a half and still never received it. I ordered through the app, waited about 20 minutes before I left to allow time for my order to be completed (this is already the slowest BK ever and I live 5 minutes away), arrived in drive thru, waited another 20 minutes before I got to the speaker, waited another 10 minutes AT the speaker waiting for someone, then I said I had a mobile order, pulled up to the window, and was asked my name, waited ANOTHER 10 minutes at the window for someone to come back and say can you pull around, we're still working on your food, waited ANOTHER 15 minutes and then went into the store. The customers in the store were also waiting long. Here's the kicker, the people in the store had order #'s 20, 21, 22, etc. My order # was 2!!!!! I had to request a refund! The store employees were so slow and unattentive. Terrible experience. Will not visit this burger King again. They're always slow but this last visit and wait was extreme! I wish I could...

I live close to this burger King even through I usually call it slow a@#$ king. The service at this place is absolutely terrible no lie. The food tastes good! But your so mad about the longest waits ever, completely wrong orders, and complete malfunction of management it really doesn't matter. But your kind of stuck because it's the closest fast food chain restaurant of this type in the area. I have to say that I have seen things in this place as far as staff goes that's ridiculous and qualified immediate termination of not only employee s but management as well. They rarely have products needed to run the business example: I order the meal and they have no hamburger buns except the large Whopper buns mind you I ordered a cheese burger meal. I was informed when given my food that they had used Whopper buns in place of the regular hamburger buns. I really did not get until I went to eat my food. There was this gianormouse bun and in the center was this tiny disk of the cheeseburgers!?. I was full before I ever got started I'll say. This particular place needs an overview fast before the customers...

I'm always very hesitant to write reviews but I am constrained to do so finally. Yes. Like many of the reviews posted here, this is one of the worst fast food places I have been to. This is just corner from my house but I will not dare patronize this restaurant anymore. They have missed my orders/wrong orders a million times and they seem to have no remorse when you have to drive back just to correct their errors. At this restaurant, the staff are very irresponsible. They are predominantly young girls that do not seem to have any regard for customers. They treat their customers with so much disrespect. I am done with stopping by at this place and will not encourage anyone to do so. I hope the Burger King Franchise can reevaluate this center as their service may potentially have a negative impression on customers about Burger...
