It is like so a hit-and-miss with them. But one thing they're consistent with, and it's not good.They never have chicken up here. They're eva out of regular chicken spicy chicken if you know that you have such a demand it's no way every time. Someone is waiting fifteen minutes for it to come up then what makes me really upset? Then they try to upsell you.Same is supposed to be a leg and tight they don't have it done, wait 15 minutes or pay. The more and they can give you a breast that's always if you know that you're making too many breasts, and that's all you have left then that the employee's problem why should someone have to pay in additional price for their mistake it's called fast food in and out. But then some employees are really nasty and not friendly at all. Now let's get to the food. The problem being is that they run out of the food buddy, but when they put the new food, they mix it in with the old food. So it's like a bag of surprise, what you get in your box. I normally have a great experience here however a new lady is running the shift today and I dislike how she treated me. She saw me waiting in the pickup area never say anything at first. She finally walked up to me and ask if I need anything I said I’m waiting to be helped I’m waiting for my order #4. She never goes to check about my order she just stands there and watch me. She comes comes back 5 minutes later and the first thing she says is “can you speak”. I looked at her crazy and said I just told you I’m waiting for order number 4. She points to the other side of the register and says go over there then whispers something to the other Muslim lady. A nice young lady with curly braids came and helped me finally giving me my order after me waiting...

I normally don’t write reviews, but this location is honestly unacceptable. During my visits, I personally saw a serious gnat and roach problem. It was hard to even enjoy my food because I kept noticing bugs around the counters and drink area.

I also overheard managers telling employees to still use bread that looked old and possibly moldy, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, the cross-contamination is wild — I saw cleaning items near food stations multiple times, like nobody was paying attention to basic food safety.

And instead of actually working, some crew members were joking around, playing, and ignoring customers waiting for orders. It felt like nobody cared at all about cleanliness, customer service, or...
