China House Chinese & American Food — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This was a terrible experience. I was trying to order food for a friend to cheer her up, and instead was met with every challenge. I called and while trying to order, I had to repeat my order, my number of phone, address, and card number an obscene amount of times. I don't know whats wrong with their phones but if you can't take an order properly, you should fix that immediately. I work at a restaurant myself so I understand and am patient when it comes to ordering. However, when I asked to pay with card, they said that I'd have to show ID when it was delivered. I explained its a gift for a friend I won't be there, and they told me my friend would have to show ID. When the delivery guy got to my friend's, he proceeded to argue with them saying that he needed a credit card(despite already having paid, and explaining the situation) when I called to fix the issue, it was resolved, only for them to realize that they had screwed up the order on top of it all.
