I wish I could choose "0" stars. Ive ordered from this location for almost 2 years, and have never had an issue (and we order a lot of pizza.) Over the last 2 weeks, its been AWFUL service. Tonight I tried to order 10 pizza's for a post Super Bowl party, and was told that they couldn't deliver to me because I was too far (never has been an issue before- I'm 1.6 miles away.) Then the young woman who answered the phone proceeded to argue with me, asked me how much I would tip them, refused to let me speak to a manager, and after 15 minutes of being put on hold and finally speaking to a manager, he was just as bad. He was not accommodating in the slightest bit. He answered the phone by saying "What do you want, Im busy?" After 20 minutes of arguing with these employees and being completely disrespected, we agreed to just come pick up the pizzas. When we were transferred back to the young woman, she told us we had to pay for the pizzas up front, even though we planned on paying cash. After we asked for her name SEVERAL times, she refused to give it to us. We asked for the managers name, almost 10 times, and she also refused to give us his name- instead, she hung up on us. We called back, of course, and again asked for his name.. and she hung up on us- again. I've never had such TERRIBLE customer service, and I never wish anyone ill will but these two employees deserve to have consequences for their behavior. If I was the owner of this establishment I would be mortified. Im NEVER ordering Dominos again- I'll go to Pizza Hut...
Read moreTook twice the stated time, was "out for delivery for 1 hour and 20 mins, delivery driver apparently cannot read house numbers (he also parked up the street somehow using a GPS), store employees were worthless to determine delivery status (mumbling and bored). We ordered a coke 2 liter, gf pizza, chicken parm sandwich, medium pizza, and two garlic butter dipping sauce. We were given the two pizzas, he had forgotten the coke in his car all the way up the block and it turned out to be a cherry coke (forgivable and forgettable as a singular offense, however hard to forget among a compounding stream of mistakes) We called the store to ask about the parm and the dipping sauce and the manager seemed lackluster as if the night were not going well. Not hard to imagine considering after hanging up we were called again by the delivery driver with our parm sandwich. We took the sandwich, closed the door and a bit later he knocked and gave us the dipping sauce. Comically, as if a sick joke were being played on us (and some other poor bloke), we opened the sandwich to find some chicken ham bacon sandwich-esque thing instead of what we ordered. Stone cold just like the pizzas. All-in-all if I had walked to the store and back in 10 degree weather, I would have had a faster,...
Read moreI never leave reviews, too much time. However, my experience with this specific restaurant should not go unnoticed considering with years of retail/hospitality experience, I would think I know the difference between great and poor service. Suffice to say, the service at this dominos is embarrassing. I’ve ordered on two separate times in the month of August and both times my orders were significantly jacked up. The first time I let it go even though I lost over $7. The second time however is an issue. Dominos advertises insurance on every order until it’s right. Not at this location. Upon ordering $33 worth of food where they charge you for little sauces, the delivery driver forgot three sauces and two sodas (He was nice, understood and instructed me to call the store)
I call the store and a female answered the phone (Same lady who refused to refund my order or have someone come back out on their last mess up) letting me know they are not excepting deliveries and hung up. I immediately called back and after explaining my situation she said, “Well we aren’t doing anymore deliveries I’m sorry.” She had the absolute worst attitude. Didn’t want to hear it whatsoever and ended the conversation with a rude comment along the lines of, “I’ll refund you,...
