Went in for a full set and a pedicure. Pedicure was fantastic. She did a great job. Full set was a disaster. I asked for French tips with black in the top. I ended up with white on the bottom and black on the top globbed on like crazy! Who puts solid color on the bottom on a French manicure also? I was sooo confused! At first I didnât want to hurt her feelings since she already started and maybe she misunderstood me so I let it go and figured it would look good at the end, she is the professional after all. Absolutely not. I looked like a little kid painted my nails. None of the lines were straight and the gel was not dry because she put so much on. I was upset so I just asked her to take it off and I would paint it at home since I had to be at work in about and hour. Iâve already been there for over 2 hours. She takes it off and wile doing it tryâs to tell me my design was too hard and takes too long to dry??? What! She then convinced me to get a solid polish only so I donât feel silly at work. She did not remove all the black polish and the job looked rushed. I am soooo disappointed. This was a treat for my birthday. I never get my nails done anymore. I spent over 100$ and feel like I waisted my...
Read moreI thought this place did a great job when I went for a pedicure with my daughter and they were very friendly, however I went back a couple of weeks later with my daughter in law and we both chose a chrome finish for a gel manicure and pedicure - they turned out very nice and did involve an extra step that probably added a total of 2-3 minutes to the process - My daughter in law treated so I wasnât paying total attention - but I later learned that they charged and additional $80 for the chrome polish - I think if what you ask for is going to cost an extra $10 per each hand and foot - that they should let you know ahead of time and after finding out that it cost $250 for two mani/pedis that were done in less than an hour - I can tell you that you could definitely get equal or better service for a much...
Read moreFirst of all, they use Vinegar instead of moisturizing pedicure products. I could have soaked my feet at home. Smh. I donât think the Vinegar did well for my feet. I left with them dry, cracked, yellow and peeling⌠the young girl painted them sloppy and cut all my nails crooked painting really careful like she was practicing⌠and didnât know how to put a sticker on. The owner had to come do it. They donât use the professional foot file just a foam one. I was so disappointed. They had one foot wet and one on the floor trying to so called fix it. It made things worse. How can the tech be licensed and not speak one word of English and not know how to put a decal on??? I paid $55 but will not return. Good massage, amateur nail tech....
