Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This is a location not too far from my house. So I’m a frequent customer there, and have seen different changes of employees. And gotten use to most of them. There are times where the service is good, and there are times where it’s extremely bad. Sometimes I get passive aggressive customer service from certain employees. I went there one of these days to purchase a coffee, but ordered the wrong size. I requested for the coffee to be change to a different size, and one of the employees there literally yelled at me and told me “the coffee is already made and he can’t change it.” And then the other employee showed up and gave me the same aggressive attitude. And told me to not go to that location again. The worst customer service I have ever...

After waiting almost 10mins so they could fulfill mobile orders and delivery orders.. which you would assume that the customer in front of your face would come first but clearly they think otherwise. I then ordered and spend about $20 to find a long thick black hair in my loaded hash browns(my hair is short and blonde). Very disgusted! Everything else just was thrown after pulling that out my mouth. To contacted customer service only for them to say they’ll retrain the team about the importance of hair nets. Not offering nothing after not ever the hash browns. I would not recommend this location unless you’re okay waiting in long times just to waste your money. I rarely eat anything from dunkin and after that I’ll get my on the go breakfast...

The lady behind the counter could not have been more confused took her about 15 minutes to wait on a customer head of me and he only got a coffee. I knew I was in trouble when I needed and my friend are soda and a donut yep that's what happened well after repeat that for five times she finally did get it down pat course she gave me the wrong change but I told her to keep it and it just got out of there as fast as I could place was fairly clean. Except for the outside was a lot of trash around. If you're going to be in the area and you have to have Dunkin Donuts then stop there if not see if he can go...
