I come to this Dunkin a lot because It’s the closest one to my house. I typically go in the morning but today I decided to go in the evening. When I approached the door it was locked but I saw a guy standing at the register through the door. He was saying something but I couldn’t quite hear it. The lady who was standing behind the counter motioned to the drive through window. So I walked to the drive through. Once there, I could hear here literally curing me out. I had no idea there was only 3 people working and they were stressed, all I wanted was a latte. There was no note on the door saying drive through only or anything like that. It was so bad I just said forget and walked off. I’ve never been compelled to write a review before but I’m also going to contact cooperate because it was completely unacceptable and I didn’t deserve to be spoken to or treated the way that lady did today. She wanted to transfer her frustration on to me who had nothing to day with what she was experiencing. I’m usually understanding when it comes to customer service workers. I’m a CNA who is about to finish a nursing program so I get it.Ive worked in these disgusting nursing homes with three aids on a floor with 25 patients a piece. I get hard jobs. But there is no excuse for how she bar-aided and cursed at me today. I will not...
Read moreI've been thru this 57-ish and Baltimore Ave. location's drive thru before with no problem, so I'll chalk it up to the heatwave bringing a surge of customers all day, causing burn out. But they need to be accountable so here goes: I rolled up at 8:40pm and a car had just pulled from the ordering speaker to the window. I waited, and waited - it's common to wait for them to say "may I help you?" before stating your order, right? I looked at my car's clock - a solid three minutes when by. I became curious as to how much longer it could be but gave going for the Guinness World Record. So I said hello, hello... no answer, so I pulled around, they were just handing out a drink to the car ahead. Oh, one of those fancy coffees must have taken time, I thought. I asked at the window if the speaker was working, the young lady, as deadpan as Pat Paulsen (look him up), said they are just about to close. Can I order though, just a couple donuts... "we are just about to close." So..... what's "just about to mean? Can I order anything?" She said no. 15 minutes before closing. Serves me right, for wanting to clog my arteries with those sugar bombs in the first place. I don't need to eat garbage AND get poor customer service. They do it because much more often than not, we accept it, shrug it off,...
Read moreI visited the 58th & Baltimore Avenue location for coffee & a small breakfast to go. After ordering each item, the woman taking my order kept saying "Anything else?" Instead of suggestive selling or simply waiting for me to finish my order then asking, "Does that complete your order?" After all of the anything else constantly being asked, my order was still missing an item. I had to park my car & go inside of the store to get my missing food item. When I get my hashbrowns they only gave me 4 not 6 hashbrowns which is a complete order. They acted as if I owed them something or as if I lied about not receiving my food item. They weren't at all apologetic enough to say anything about the error they'd made. The people that work at this location definitely need some sufficient training on how to work with the public & how to satisfy their paying customers. They're mannerisms & customer service skills are below average. They don't even say thank you after the money taking transaction is complete. They give you your change & close their window. Needless to say, that will be my last visit to...
