Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I'll give this location two stars because its the consistent Dunkin quality products, but I'm taking the time to note that today August 2, 2022, there's no excuse for the rudeness of ignoring me at the window, and to be from a young sista when customer service is supposed to be held above all. I have two teen daughters entering the workforce in positions like these. I would hope our home training would result in better manners, even if it is the end of a long hot day.

There was a time they were open until 7pm. I see here on this page that the hours have changed to 6pm. that's fine but not knowing that today, to roll up to the speaker today at 5:53 pm -. (yes, I checked!) and after the wait o be acknowledged didn't come, call out, get no answer, and seeing NO HOURS posted on that menu, I came around to the window itself, which also has no hours posted, no sign saying closed, the place looked empty, even though there was a car at the door. I was about to pull off, but then I see two young ladies, one that as she walks by looks right at me and keeps it moving. i'm calling out to her just to confirm, with the "excuse me", and hand gestures and all, again there's no doubt she can see me, it even looks like the other girl, in a headdress, was going to come to the window and looks like she gets waved off by Ms Attitude that seems to be expressing her exasperation at last minute pains in the neck like me. I guess I'm supposed to be a mind reader. So I get the message and pull off, hell, I saved a boat load of sugar and calories anyway. I just don't like the disrespect. I'm a Philly native and by no means thin skinned, but there needs to be accountability for deliberate rudeness. POST YOUR HOURS on the first menu, or come into the modern age and have that automated voice that pleasantly says you're closed. perhaps they have that but it wasn't quite 6pm yet. management can spare me the...

I was given the wrong order and I wasn’t upset about it or anything it was just a mistake. I drove back through the drive thru and I let the person know I was given the wrong order, when I pulled up to the window I let the lady know I was given a donut instead of a sandwich and I showed her the order on my phone, mind you I only had two orders which was a drink and a sandwich and I never ordered a donut. Another lady who was very disrespectful and had messed up eyebrows comes back to the window and says “you mean you drove off without your order” and she said it very rude and condescending and I guess she was in her feelings because she couldn’t accept the fact that it was a mistake on her end. I wasn’t going to back and forth with her because it was too early in the morning but the mean disrespectful nasty lady with the messed up eyebrows wanted to start an argument and that is way...

I ask for a macchiato and a cappuccino and both taste burned up I also ask for a latte and they gave me a regular iced coffee when I actually said ice latte, and it didn’t even have what I asked for, I also ask for two sweet pepper bacon croissant and they gave me two orders of burn snacking bacon, it was the worst I ask them to change it to what I ask for and the guy only gave me one sweet pepper bacon at that point I was so mad I didn’t say anything plus they didn’t even gave me napkins or even a straw for my coffee I had to go again and ask them, and I also ask for two donuts and i couldn’t even eat them because they were rotten, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IM NOT EVER COMING HERE!!!!!
