Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I come to this location pretty often since it is on my commute home and I must say considering it being a Philly Dunkin, the staff is always so nice and pleasant and the store is always nice and clean too. One thing I will say is that depending on the day you’ll either be able to walk into the store and order or you’ll have to order at the small order window and sometimes you have to deal with crowds of people waiting for the bus outside of the store hogging the sidewalk. But other than those things I’ve always had pleasant experiences while I’m here. Will definitely come back...

This store is horrible. This evening it’s 9:37 the one young dark skin chubby girl comes n sighs under her breathe and heads to the back. The light skin girls waits til it’s five people in line to say we closed not taking no more orders. The one girl in line says you just not going to serve us the light skin girl says no we been trying to find the key to lock the door. After standing there for eight minutes they was still not serving anyone. Poor customer service they have in the evening. Wasn’t gona have her make me anything with her attitude...

I like this location only because it’s close to the transportation center however I don’t think they always make fresh coffee. The last time i was there, i didn’t get to see them making my coffee cause it was busy however when i got my coffee, it was so cold as if it was just sitting there from a previous order and probably just pored into a new cup with my order label. Ain’t no way i just ordered a hot coffee and it’s so cold. Previous time they gave me weak coffee, added water to make quantity so all i tasted was water...
