Today, July 11th, 2024 around 9:00 am, I visited Dunkin' Donuts located at 8113 Stenton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150 and the experience was just terrible. I went in and it was clear that it was extremely chaotic behind the counter but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as fast food can be very fast pace.
First I asked for a coffee and then went to order a sandwich and hash browns after and she was barely listening to me so I had to say it more than once for her to put it on my order. I was trying to pay for my food with a gift card and with my card and not only did one of the readers barely work but the employee seemed to barely know how to work the register. Her coworker had to take over on another screen. Once I finally paid after way too much time. I got my coffee and it was terrible she hadn’t added my extra cream and sugar to my Carmel Crazed Ice Latte so there was only one of each and it had way too much milk.
Then I waited for almost another 20-30 minutes for my food as the employees had thought they forgot to give someone at the drive through their food and it had been my bag just sitting there. Once they finally gave it to me I took my sandwich and left.
When I got to the car I first ate my hash browns that were a bit fine if anything a little burnt but when I opened the sandwich it had a particularly strong smell to it and was barely put together looking extremely unappetizing.
I looked for the reason of the smell or any clear signs of mold and saw none so I took a bit of the sandwich and could immediately tell something on it was spoiled. I believe the cheese and egg and processed to throw up into my dunkin bag and outside of my vehicle as well.
This is by far the worse fast food and Dunkin experience I have ever had and it is clear that the workers are untrained, undisciplined, and the overall store is terrible behind...
Read moreThe drive thru line is awful, the employees here are extremely slow! I thought I was the only who honks their horn because of waiting on the drive thru line so long but I witnessed someone else do it too and I didn't even do it on that particular day, they honked because they were frustrated with the slow service, it makes no sense how slow they serve you here and it's like they do it on purpose! Because when I got to the window I had to wait almost 2 minutes for the guy to bring me my coffee and it was right there sitting on the table while he stood in front of me taking other orders through the headset, I just didn't know it was my coffee until I said excuse I really have to go may I have my stuff, then he grabbed my order on the go cup of coffee which sat right in front of him the entire time, I was livid after that! Do yourself a favor and please do not come here especially if you have somewhere to be! You can get to this Dunkin extremely early to make sure you have time to still get to your destination, it won't matter, you still gon wait, the staff gon make sure you wait! Like I said it's almost like they're doing this intentionally!!! I wouldn't be surprised if they were, don't say I didn't warn ya'll about this Dunkin if you go and experience what I'm telling...
Read moreTHE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. I am from NJ so perhaps things work differently in other states, but this was just a horrible experience for me. I ordered an on-the-go order to ensure that I can quickly drive up, grab my food, and go. I had plenty of work to do plus traveling with a baby. I arrived there and saw the long cue on the drive-thru so I went inside since my order "should be ready". I have never had to wait for an on-the-go order. I get inside only to find out they have not even started to place make my order. My order was SLOWLY prepared since the workers do not know the difference between on the on-the-go orders and regular orders and they are cooking orders out of order. FINALLY received my order. I asked are you sure EVERYTHING is here? The rep checked and said "YES" . I get home only to find I was missing items from my order. I had to drive all the way back to pick up...
