If you visit here, you will get the opposite of what you pay for. I asked for a sour cream donut and recieved a donut with sprinkles, I returned 2 days later and ordered a coffee and recieved tea. I did a survey and recieved a call from area manager Chris, he was nice and understood. He wanted to make it right so he offered me a replacement coffee and donut. I returned the following day and was met with attitude, I ordered a sour cream donut and coffee and advised that Chris is aware of my visit and I was told it would be of no charge due to a prior experience the cashier became upset and told me that this was my first time in the restaurant and that I had not had a bad experience. I requested the manager, the other cashier explained the situation to the manager and she approved the request that was already approved yet no apology. She didn't even come up front. After arriving at my destination, I recieved a blueberry donut instead of the sour cream that I requested. This was because of a combination of things, attitude and a language barrier. The food was okay. They donāt follow directions per my non toasted bagel. My ice coffee was tart and non sweet at all. The ppl who take the orders are rude and really not inviting. Iāve worked customer service jobs in the past & I would never be the way they were on the job.
