Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Went to this location on 12/15/15@approx. 530pm. I went through the drive through and ordered a coffe and two orders of hashbrowns. When I drove up to the window I noticed a light complexion heavy set female with her pants hanging low on her behind. She was on the cell phone while waiting on me. She removed my hashbrowns from a aluminum drawer using tongs then proceeded to place them in the oven. When they were done she used her finer to check if they were done, then picked up several at a time in a closed fist and placed them in a package. Needless to say I told her I only wanted the coffee and she could deduct the hashbrowns from my order. I then called and asked for her manager's name. She said his name was Shane and she didn't know his last name, and there was no one there that could help her get his name. Mind you there were two workers there when she ruined my order. The service is very poor they hardly ever will make you I try not to stop there but unfortunately it's on my route to work they always claim they don't have ice and I can see it or they always State they don't have the stuff to make it they do make it the two times I've ever got it in the years going they didn't taste right today I stopped in there long the last the gentleman that was helping me States that they did have other flavors but his manager took all of it's just annoying it's really pointless going here the drive-thru as horrible as well the way how small and...

When I first walked into this Dunkin' Donuts, there were only 3 people in line ahead of me. I spent over 20 minutes waiting because of the slow cashier. He could barely count change and the one of the employees was out of their uniform; possibly pajamas. Also, the food there looked like it was sitting overnight waiting to be purchased. I bought a blue blueberry muffin that crumbled entirely into my hand, so I could barely enjoy it. It tasted over baked. I think Dunkin' Donuts headquarters gave this specific location the wrong recipe. Next time, tell them to bake on...
