Worst customer service ever Today who ever they had working at this location around 2pm on dec 27 needs to get fired they very, very unprofessional and rude. The dark skinned woman working in the drive thru taking orders laughed the whole time I told her my order and a white man where I picked up my order and pay talked rudely about other customers complaining literally right in my face then the same woman who took my order yelled at a couple kids being loud sitting at the Dunkin’ Donuts to “shut up” yes! I was baffled by this poor customer service and ignorance from these workers today. Then I didn’t check my order so I drove off and realized all three of my hot chocolate were halfway filled my parents where like inbelief of this. Then I was hesitant to call the store to complain or go back so I called corporate and I was on hold for over 30-40 minutes and no one answered me what type of business is Dunkin’ Donuts running? Read moreI went to this location on Saturday June 7, 2025 between 11-12 in the morning. First of all, that place is too small and they are not that busy for there to be all those people working there. The only busy thing is the drive thru so you shouldn’t need 8-10 people. Secondly, the cashier was really nice but messed up my order twice. I asked for 2 orders of bagel bites but she only gave me one and I had to order another one. I also order a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel but it didn’t have bacon. When I got my food, I was checking my bag to make sure I had everything. The guy in the kitchen shouted in a very sarcastic tone,” Everything is in there”. Like he was offended that I checked. Well not everything was in there so I had to order another bagel bites. I asked for a cardboard carrier for my frozen chocolates, and was looked at like they didn’t want to give it to me. Now I understand why I see the lease sign in the front of the building. Read moreI have frequently visited this location in the early morning. The staff (3rd of 1st shift) always have my coffee and doughnut ready on arrival. Not only that, I am greeted and told to have a good day.
You cannot always judge a book by it's cover. After along night 3rd shift, receiving a pleasant upbeat greeting that early in the morning says commitment and care.
I will admit once I visited this location, my order wasn't ready. After making a stink about it the gentlemen behind the counter asked to see my digital order. He looked at it an politely showed that I selected the wrong Dunkin Donuts. He asked to take my order and was still nice about it. I apologized and thanked him over-and-over.
