Been to Graham's about a dozen times over the past three years and I can say it's consistent and what you expect if you know what to expect. Typically I've gone later in the evening and on slower weeknights so I cannot say exactly what the crowd, service, or food would be like on a busy Friday or Saturday evening in primetime. But the management and staff have always been friendly, the food, particularly anything that comes on a roll, is good, and the prices are great, especially considering you're a few minutes away from Chestnut Hill, the ritziest neighborhood in Philadelphia, as well as the start of some fancy-schmancy burbs.
