IHOP — Restaurant in Philadelphia

LATINOS!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! I repeat, if you are Hispanic DO NOT COME HERE!!

I came with my family, we wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast meal but I was treated with blatant racism!! We had a larger table and once we were seated the waitress told us we had to order right THIS exact moment (we weren’t seated for more than 5 minutes) we told her that we needed more time because they didn’t give us the opportunity to read the menu. Not only did she scoff at us but she began to raise her voice. She kept repeating that we needed to order EVERYONES order right this exact moment or else she was going to kick us out. We stayed seated because we were able to convince our waiter to let us order our drinks. (Mind you at this point she had yelled at us multiple of times to the point where the whole restaurant was staring at us) We decided to stay after all this because in our group we had a small boy- age 7, an elderly woman, and a pregnant woman.

When the our drinks came she basically threw them onto the table- we had ordered coffee and due to the force the hot coffee literally spilled onto the table.

Reminder we were with a young kid and he flinched since steaming hot coffee splattered all over the table. At this point we were fed up. We asked for a manager and the lady immediately covered her name badge with her hands. We asked for her name and she told us she had no business telling her name and that SHE WAS the manager. We told her we weren’t staying because of the blatant disrespect and she began to yell at us once again. And once again the whole restaurant starred at us while we walked away.

We then went to Nifty Fifty’s. Now if you are planning on coming here, DO NOT COME HERE!!! Instead go to nifty fifty’s- We were a larger party and Nifty Fifty’s treated us with nothing...

I love going to IHOP, however this was my very first time going to THIS IHOP. Let me start off by saying the food was delicious and that's the only reason i gave it 2 stars. I arrived here and was seated in good timing, although the server who's name I cant seem to remember seemed to be in a rush and was taking my order but barely listening to what i was ordering. So I ordered my food and ask if the milkshakes could come out after the food, she initially said the were out of ice cream and I then seen a couple who was seated shortly after I was who had received milkshakes. So she brings my coffee and a chocolate milk for my son but no cream and there was no sugar at the table when i went to ask she said she'll grab it ( by the time she came back my coffee wasn't hot any more. It toke 47 minutes for to come back after she gave us our drinks and when she did come back it was with the milkshakes and she had asked if our food had came out, which i answered no it hadn't. She then said it should've been came out and that she'll check on it. It then toke another 12 minutes for the food to come out and at this point me and my son are upset that we've been there a little over an hour and only had our drinks. So the food comes out and it not quite what we ordered he didn't get his sausage and hash brown and I got over medium eggs instead of scrambled eggs, and instead of the 2 slices of french toast I got what I believe is the stuffed french toast. We ate our food and only because at this point we where there so long and was hungry we didn't want to wait for them to have to remake the food we actually did order. That might've been the first and last time i go...

Worst experience I’ve ever had!!! If i could give negative stars i would. We waited for over 20 minutes for someone to even come to our table and acknowledge we were even there. Our waitress Jazmine, was not on her game at all. My husband asked for no onions in his omelette, of course there was onions in it when he got it, along with a bunch of meats that didn’t belong in the omelette n that he didn’t order or want. We couldn’t even begin to eat after we got our food because she never came back to ask us if we needed anything else. Finally after 10 minutes we caught her attention and it still took 10 minutes to get what we asked for. Not once did she come check on us, not once did she ask if we needed another drink, not once did she even ask if we wanted anything else! The place was not busy at all, maybe 6 tables in all with 3 waitresses, who all disappear together for over 15 minutes each time! We asked for our check, she never came back with it, finally the manager asked if we were ready n we told him we never got a check, of course “she’s bringing it right over”, took another 5 minutes. We were there for over an hour and a half, it took us 20 minutes to eat, the rest of the time we were just sitting for things we asked for, things we should have already had! Our waitress should not be a waitress, She didn’t acknowledge we were there the entire time. We will NEVER come back to this location again. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever had at...
