VEGAN-FRIENDLY! Happened to find this place after searching for Asian food in hopes of finding something vegan-friendly nearby. I’m SO glad my search led me here. I love food but have never had the chance to try Uzbek food until now. My server, Murodi was more than excited to show me all the options that could be prepared vegan despite traditionally being served with meat. He toured me to a delicious eggplant salad and a stack of unbelievably yummy dill potatoes & onions. He recommended their mildly sweet apricot juice, and I was in heaven. Turns out, Murodi is the owner’s son and is bursting with pride for his family’s business and the opportunity to share their beautiful culture. Despite living an hour away, I will be sure to make the trek back with hopefully more & more people so they can experience the warmth, hospitality, and incredible food I just did.

I have gone twice for brunch and early dinner. I Can say both times that the customer service from the staff is excellent. They’re very alert, describe the food for new comers, gave us a tour, and made sure everything was to our liking. It is a family owned business and it really made the difference with attention to detail and the love they have for their food, staff, and clientele. I loved the bichnak squash, plov (go early before the 50 lbs runout), compote, eggplant with lamb, and the dumplings. I definitely recommend trying it out. Will be my go to for now.

Wanted to try their plov but sadly they ran out. One of the workers told me they make over 150 lbs of plov everyday and it runs out in 2 hours usually, I will definitely be back to try that out. I tried their samsa, lagman soup with some bread, Manti and Lula kabobs. The Lula kabobs are probably the best in the city. Lagman was really good and their bread is super soft and fluffy. The Manti wasnt bad. The Samsas were a little on the smaller side but tasted good. Overall it was a good experience and I will definitely be back to try that plov!

I have never ever had such a horrible experience with customer service of this place. First of all, I called twice to this establishment and the guy ( server) who was talking to me was very rude and unprofessional. I asked to talk to manager and he told me that she/he is out and to call me back in an hour. I did so. And the second time that guy on the phone was impolite and talking to me like I owe him money or something else. Anyway , I could not talk to the manager cause he wasn’t there. And the reason why I wanted to talk to him is that the food I ordered online for almost $35 ( plov and salad) was disgusting. Plov wasn’t fresh and salad wasn’t good too. I wanted to tell them that customers who order online deserve the same quality food as customers who dine in.

And please , teach your employees how to talk to customers. And trust me , I had no intention to write this review but that guy over the phone didn’t leave...

Very disappointed in my first time coming into this little restaurant. The one fellow barely even looked at you but the girl and I guess it's the father were very nice. It's very expensive for very little. I did the lunch special and it cost me over $18 for 4 piece lamb kebabs. I received these kebabs on onion and old rice. The rice had to be yesterday's it's hard it's unappetizing. They put in a round bread that was broken off so there was 3/4 of this round roll type bread and it was hard as a rock especially the part where it was broken off. The lamb is gristly and hard. I wanted to like it but I absolutely am angry that I paid close to $20 for a small bit that has stale old food in it I'm very sorry to even report this. I wanted very much to like it. I will not...
