The dumplings were ok and the cheese steak egg roll was ok. I ordered bourbun "chicken" and I don't know what kinda meat that was but it sure as hell wasn't chicken. The "chicken didn't absorb any of the sauce so all I could taste was oil and the few pieces of chicken that I forced myself to eat in hopes that maybe the next piece would be as tough as leather. Okay, I order from No. 1 China I gave 3 stars because they were pleasant but the food was by far not the tasty Chinese cuisine I have had. The shrimp toast was burnt, full of grease and fuller not shrimp.
