Lansdowne Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The only reason I am writing a review because I was disrespected today and call a liar. I ordered a jumbo shrimp platter which comes with six shrimps and fries and I didn’t receive all my shrimps. Not only that they gave me someone else’s order so I had to wait longer. Then when I called back the man hung the phone up on me and called me a liar. I don’t need to lie it took a third person to get on the phone when I called back to apologize. And I let them know I will not be ordering no more from them because just like you receive money for us ordering food we want to receive our food for our money. Businesses like this should not stay open especially if they refuse to own or fix...

I ordered and paid for a large pizza on their website and when I arrived to pick it up the man at the register said they never received my order. When I showed him the receipt, he began to raise his voice and continued to say they never received order. When I confirmed that the money was deducted out my account he continued to be rude and very nonchalant. He never offered any solutions to solve the simple issue. His customer service was horrible. Shout out to the black cook who was very understanding...

I normally would never write a review, but this one got To me. Ordered a plain pizza last night and got An old pizza with the pepperoni taken out of it. We do not eat any pork products and there were still chunks of old pepperoni and the pizza was cold and reheated. I just moved into the area and wanted a fresh plain pizza, even though I tipped the driver very nicely I will not be ordering from here...
