Golden City — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Def need an update to the whole place, she been there since i was middle school since 06’ and i am now 28… so she been there for a very long time and the place still looks exactly the same.. she never did cards and always did cash… Lisa has her days tho.. one min she on the ball and the next min she moody as hell… you gotta watch her tho and her husband i think is forgetful… she thought i didnt peep that she took extra change from me when i paid $18.75 for my food/drinks ahead of time with $20 but she didnt give me my second drink and then when i asked for my second drink that she didnt give me that i already paid for, she tried to recharge me again when she already charged me for the whole meal/drinks already… did the math and she tried to argue me down but the customers were listening to the back and forth, already seen the whole transaction and they said it doesnt make sense when she never gave me the second drink in the first place… its the principle for me. Dont play me like im dumb or as if i cant count..

Thats my last time going there tho because once you argue with chinese stores… they remember your face and i cant put it pass them with the safety of my food after that.. if you decide to still go, just make sure you get your correct change back.. because she will play in your face if she think she can get away with it and Lisa has done it to plenty other people which is why i try not to buy anything that cost over $5 but tonight i didnt feel...
