Lebel Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I called in awhile ago. Ordered a square pie for my son and I. That's what he wanted. After I placed the order my son changed his mind and wanted something else. Immediately called back, telling the lady that i had just called and wanted to cancel my order. She said you better take it. I stated i don't want it. She said well it's done so you can't cancel. I told her i just called how is it done already? Told her i didn't want it again. She told me the driver just went out the door with it. Like huh? I said i do not want it so cancel it. She said you're gonna take it and you're not getting you're money back. Asked to speak to the owner. She said she was the owner, then hung up on me. I called back asked to speak to the owner, she said. They just put your food in the oven so you can't cancel. After that the second hang up on me. Called again. And said i need to speak to the owner. He gets on the phone. He says we will cancel it but you're not allowed to order here anymore due to you canceling the order. He then hangs up on me! I couldn't explain the horrible customer service, or anything to him at all. He refused to let me get a word in. So we placed an order to a different place that we wanted food from. It arrived from the other location that we ordered from, and began eating. An 2 hours after the Lebels incident my phone rings. The labels driver has a pizza telling me i have to take it. He drove to my house because the restaurant didn't tell him nobody canceled. Everyone there has very bad customer service. I've been ordering from here for the past 6 years. They've never been like that before. They need a change in staff....

Use to order from here for the last year or so till today. Placed a order at 6:29pm and about 7 I was wondering where the food was I call! The girl who answers the phone says hold on to check to see and then gets back on the phone and say oh the driver said he called you 3 times you didn't answer so he brought It back to the store mind you I'm sitting in my living room watching TV and my phone sitting right next to me never rang the whole time I'm sitting here, then she puts some guy on the phone who says hello miss my driver said he called 3 times and one of my cashiers called I said idk what number yall called he said the same one you calling from now 😑 then says you was suppose to tell us you were having a block party I'm not having a block party it's one house grilling!! So I just said thank you and said thank you! 🤣😑😏 nobody called me if they did why didn't I call the driver back why would I be calling the store to see if my food left lol I'll never order from here again I'll take my money elsewhere all they had to say was the driver didn't want to walk up the block to bring the food I was paying for delivery so that was his job but it's fine they lost me as a customer and I'll never recommend them to...

I order all the time during family movie night & game night. But this Saturday I called me self ordering because of the heat. Cook that suppose to be the owner decided to get upset after admitting that he made a mistake with my order. See the problem is he didn’t realize that he was talking to a person that been in business for years and it’s a way you handle yourself when talking to others especially when that person spends money on the regular at your place of business. I realize that you can have a business but not have the complete business mindset and or don’t know how to separate yourself personal personality from business. Now I will never spend 1 penny at this store and I will make sure anyone connect to me will never spend a penny since the owner/ cooked said he don’t care how much a person spend...
