Cousins Fresh Market — Local services in Philadelphia

I’ve been in contact with this store all day. They do not have fresh food. One of the products were Hellman’s Mayo, so you know they don’t check their dates because that shouldn’t be out of date. Why is that still on your shelves? They sent me old products & refunded the card which wasn’t mine to refund. Someone purchased this stuff for me. Every time I called they kept telling me they were going to send a driver, no one ever called me back to tell me they weren’t sending anyone. Now I’m left with old products and without the items I need to create my food for the rest of the work week. Not to mention I’ve been waiting and have to wake up super early for work. No communication on their end whatsoever. I guess I’ll just tell everyone I know who’s been ordering from this specific location or maybe all cousins to stop ordering from them. I actually like this location even though some people say bad things about this market chain in Philadelphia like the meat and produce expired fast and etcetera but I never really experienced that with the food that I have purchase. So basically I love this actual location because I like the freshness of their meat selection plus their staff is more friendlier than the Baltimore Avenue location and it smells better too! And there was a time when I had my access card stolen and did not have it in my possession but they still let me use my number even when I didn't have it in my possession so they get a 5-star for that. Never in my life will I Order ever again from this place... Please Check your meats and smell them before you buy, I had ordered by phone and got it delivered and the ground beef and chicken had a bad smell even the stuff in the boxes was stale.
