Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My husband ordered 2 Italian cheesy breads and my daughter bit into it before we seen all the dough spewing from every which way direction. Immediately called the location and the girl was rude and laughed when I expressed my 4 year old ate raw dough she then puts the phone down and walked away for 5 minutes! Store manager was nice for the most part saying I can bring it back and get a refund and 2 fresh new ones which I wasn’t worried about I just wanted them to be aware in case it happened again during the rest of the night. I then ask for the first girls name and SM then says she will write it on paper and give it to me so I have her name that didn’t make sense bc it was a phone call I just wanted to call corporate and explain the rudeness and the disgust. 5 minutes after asking for the first girls name she then came back and said it was Angie and who ever cooked used pizza dough for it and not bread dough. I must admit I haven't ordered in a long time. So I saw the Commercial for the crazy calzoni. Needless to say it influenced my order. So when I called around about quarter to 4 I encountered a very professional person who happened to be friendly and courteous ! I wish I could remember his name! He gave me an estimated time of when my order would be done. So when my other half went to go pick it up he must have encountered the same person because he said the person he encountered was very friendly very professional and the order was ready at the time he gave. I will say this because of that person's professionalism courteousness and friendliness. I will definitely order from this location again. I normally order from here all the time, and despite being short staffed they’re usually on point and polite. The last month or so I ordered a few times and got ignorance on nastiness on top of no one in there caring about what they’re serving, how they’re serving it, and they clearly don’t care about customer service. I literally just left there now after being told “well it don’t gotta be ready till 30 minutes from now. So.”, then when I called 20 minutes later they said they didn’t have my order at all, so I walk in and grab it cause it WAS there and ready lol, and I JUST NOW got the text saying it’s ready after I already left, it’s clownish just like the people working in there.
