I'm beyond late for a much overdue review of this place. I can not say enough good things about Infinity Jewelers, but I'm going to try.

From Lisa asking me to stop in, to Heather's knowledge of the bands/stones/clarity, choosing the perfect ring for my future wife was so much easier than I anticipated. Their help and patience, as well as the owner Kevin being one of, if not one of the nicest people you will ever meet made the process seamless.

When I talked about what I was looking for in a ring, they had choices already prepared when I stopped by. Pieces of each were great, but I couldn't settle on just one. Problem? Solved immediately. We ended up combining 3 rings and it came out PERFECT.

But wait, a few days later, the week before our trip/the proposal, I found out I got the wrong size! Problem? Immediately solved. Called them up, brought it in, and it was resized to perfection within 2 days! Life savers.

I could not be more grateful for the team that helped me through the process, and that gave me one less thing to worry about when it came to such a big day in my life.

I was looking around today to find a place that could clean my basic training graduation ring. I saw the reviews of this place so I decided to give it a shot. I knew it was going to be a great experience as I walked through the door. You can tell when you walk into an American owned and operated small business. The gentleman took care in explaining what could happen when trying to clean it. He did the best he could without ruining the finish, my ring looks ten times better, which was my objective. He handed me my ring, and shook my hand. I then said "what do I owe you", he responded "nothing, don't worry about it." What a shock! I didn't believe people let alone business owners did this kind gesture anymore. Needless to say, I've been a long time customer of chain jewelers. I had a good experience with Tony and he gave me exactly what I wanted with a 22" Yellow gold Men's Figaro necklace and treated me like a valued customer and quoted me at a high but fair price and I even ordered a custom made pendant for my dad that says dad which Tony did everything he could with his jeweler to make it happen and my dad loves by the way and it was very beautiful and he gets alot of compliments on. Also my mother brought some watches in which Tony didn't charge for the battery and fixed my mother's religious pendant which she was given to as a friend and lasered it for her to be fixed on the metal it was on and quoted and gave her a decent price to be fixed so bottom line if you want to be treated like a valued customer and get satisfactory prices at high end jewelry then Infinity Jewelers are your go to guys!😁 So go see Tony and get yourself...
