Francesco Steaks — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered through uber eats and since they have no where to place special notes I called the restaurant directly. I asked for extra tzatziki sauce for my gyro and a side of cheese whiz for my fries. At first he made a big deal about the $1.50 then I explained being pregnant this was key for my order and if he could not accommodate it I would just cancel and order somewhere else I could add the extras. He agreed. The meal came with no extra tzatziki sauce matter fact it was super dry and the fries were soggy with no cheese whiz. I attempted to get a refund for just the gyro platter not my whole order and couldn't. But I didn't even eat the platter. I went to bed hungry and angry! I will never order from this...

I will never order from this place again! I’ve ordered from there so many times and there were a few times food came out bad but I never complained because there were more good times than bad. Then last week I ordered a bit late through grub hub and I was told the driver was on its way around 2am the food never came I never got a call. Missing half my order, food came almost an hour and 30 minutes late. On top of that when I called to tell them half my order was missing they said I shouldnt have called during their busy times. Like I completely knew what their busy times were?
