the guy with dreads who was our server last night did not write down our order at all and forgot what we ordered. he had to come back to our table two separate times because he forgot the fountain drinks we ordered along with modifications I made to my entree before entering the order into the POS. when all our food came out of course he forgot to put in our disco fries... because he didn't write anything down. I reminded him about the disco fries and he blamed it on kitchen staff saying that they "lost the ticket" (which doesn't make sense because one of our apps of wings came out but not the disco fries which would be on the same order ticket if they were all put in at the same time) finally 25 mins later once our entrees were completely finished someone came to our table with a plain order of fried (not what we ordered) the server once again tried to put it on the kitchen rather than admitting to it being his own fault for not writing our order down and he said the "fries were on the house" unfortunately we did not order plain fries so those were left untouched and he never made the situation right and sent out the correct item we ordered. also had to flag him down for the bill because he was busy chit chatting with his coworker. unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened, coming from a background in the restaurant industry I really try extending grace but subpar service really leaves a bad impression on a...

I've been supporting loco pez since they have opened. However, the day before yesterday 5/8/2024 at 9:50 pm, I visited the store to get my son his take put order. 1.We order the food inside the restaurant for pick up for on the receipt, and probably everyone elses there is a delivery fee. I asked why there's a delivery few when I'm inside the restaurant ordering and picking up. (Light skin guy with glasses) states it's a service fee. It's very fishy to me. The service fee (.92)could have been on the receipt if that was a true charge. I don't understand why there would be a delivery on the receipt if that isn't the service I'm using.2. In addition, my food came to $31.22. The next day, I'm charged for an additional $4. Waitresses, waiters, or management are writing tips on receipts after the customer is gone. I'm highly upset and spoke with management the next day (kristy or Christy), who stated funds should be returned. However, that has yet to happen. I just wanted to warn future patrons about this and make sure you read your receipt, take a picture, and lock your card. The excuse I wad given as to why this mistake happened is because "sometimes some of the receipts get mixed up." I don't understand how that could happen because I never signed a receipt for a tip.

Update:they did refund the tip they took but I still would check your receipts for...

As a Mexican I can tell you this is not Mexican food 😒....this place was over priced for the portion we got. my friends and I spent over $100 we ordered tacos but the size was more like mini tacos with no flavor plus they gave us tomatoes and lettuce for the mini tacos like WHAT! IS THIS TACO BELL...any who we also ordered over priced quesadillas that was the size of what the tacos should have been... and we also got enchiladas de pollo and carne it was not good it had absolutely nooooo flavor I had to grab my telescope to try and find some flavor but nope it wasn't there it was so disappointing...if anybody wants real Mexican food make your way to South Philly Barbacoa you can thank me later...we came here because it was late and it was a Sunday and they was open it had 4 stars and ppl said it was good but they lied there's nothing Mexican about this food now if you want ok food eat here but if you want Mexican food go else where. I added some pictures for the chef and manager so you guys can see what MEXICAN TACOS AND ENCHILADAS should look like...I don't know who told this ppl they was making Mexican food they lied to you...ppl try south Philly barbacoa or if you see a taco truck go there you won't be disappointed. I gave this place 1 start for pretending to be a Mexican restaurant...we didn't even get heart burn this place was a waste of time...
