Purchased food from the drive thru only to get home and realize I was given the wrong sandwich. Had to drive back to ask for the right sandwich. I politely explained what happened. The so called manager took my food, tossed the fries in the trash then gave the sandwich to the drive thru worker who proceeded to give the sandwich I returned to a new customer in the drive thru. I remarked how nasty that was because I had touched the food before bringing it back and that they shouldn't have given it to someone else. The "manager" tried to lie and say she didn't give it to someone else but I saw her do it with my own eyes. I then requested a refund because, if that's the kind of nasty service they're providing, I don't want to eat food from there. The manager kept complaining about how "these people" are getting on her nerves and that she's not worried about me getting a refund. She tried to only refund my money for the sandwich, but since she threw my fries away, I wanted my money back for that too. She sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes, and walked away. That's when I decided that McDonald's corporate office needed to hear about her behavior. I called right there in the store and began lodging my complaint as the "manager" gave me a refund. This place is disgusting. My children like McDonald's but they're not going to be coming back because I can't trust them. They don't care about anything they do, they have no customer service skills, and I'm not going to spend my money in a...
Read moreMy first visit was great pretty normal no glitches. But the next morning all my second visit to the same McDonald's I was approaching the entrance getting ready to pull the door handle when a man from the distance start shouting at me telling me that I could not go in to the restaurant today. When I ask the McDonald's employee why when I came in here yesterday and services were being provided indoors. He replied that they were on high covid alert and that is a direct quote. When I called the corporate office the tone in the person's voice was extremely passive and said that each McDonald's can make up their own rules when they are individually a franchise. I continued to express my dismay with the inconsistent service that was provided and I further requested documentation of such new policies such as the one that the gentleman mentioned quote on quote we are on high covid alert. What the hell is that supposed to mean? Can somebody help me and the customer service was of no help and justifying why this person at this McDonald's...
Read moreI saw that there were customers and employees but the doors were locked. I tried getting their attention to ask if I could use the restroom and they just rolled their eyes at me. I wasn't trying to get food but I would have paid for something just to be able to use the bathroom. Every place I look at is either closed or is open but doesn't have a bathroom. I am not from around the area and have no where to go into use a bathroom. I only went here because Google listed it as 24 hour. Google doesn't list their dinning room hours and I am very disappointed in this missing feature. I am also very confused how people who clearly didn't work there were in there ordering food and the employees told them to lock the doors. I watched the customer lock the door as the one employee pointed to the door. They laughed and rolled their eyes as I stood at the door trying to get their attention. I just had to use the restroom and was willing to buy food...
