If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a large meal, a hot and spicy McChicken large fry and large drink. They never charged me for the fry that I clearly heard her repeat back to me before paying at the next window. I politely asked if I could pay for my large fry,the small Spanish lady told me I had to pull around and reorder in the drive through. I just left then I gt home which is literally a one minute drive I opened my hot and spicy and it was old bread was hard and the mayonnaise was clear. I then gt frustrated headed back to the establishment. I went through the drive-through and explained that my sandwich seemed old and I'd really like another one and I also wanted to pay for my large fry I'd asked for the first time. So I pulled up to the last window this time it was a Haitian woman with a black shirt. I asked her if she was a supervisor she completely ignored me. So I just handed my sandwich back and asked politely " could you take a look at this and tell me if you would eat that?" She then asked if I wanted a refund or it remade?" At this point I'm pregnant hungry and irritated wasting gas and money for this. I then said "I wanted my sandwich remade!" She didn't respond and I thought I don't want her to spit in my food so I said just give me a refund and she took off from the window with our receipt and didn't return back. I left and called corporate the next morning. Never gt a refund for my spicy McChicken. They said they were sending me a coupon for a fry. It came the next week and it was a coupon for a free small fry or hashabrown. I'm like a small fry what am I a toddler. Worst service ever from mcdonalds. Worst location dirty work corporate wouldn't even refund me. I had to go through my bank. That same night I went to another location McDonald's and got treated so much better by a young man that was working by himself. Customer service is not rocket science. Read moreOn 11/1/24 @ 7:30pm The staff member in the drive thru pick window. Was horrible. I'm not sure if it was due to a language barrier. I speak English. She didn't understand anything I was saying and I couldn't understand what she was saying at at. I'm not sure what language she actually speaks. Her tone was so low it was so difficult to hear her as well. I ordered & paid for two oreo Mcfullurries along with other food l. It took 6 minutes for me and my passenger to figure out that she was trying to tell me. That they were out of oreo's. I asked her could I get two hot fudge sundaes instead. She said yes, but kept asking for my card. I thought I had to pay the difference. No problem. She gave back my card and the receipt. I waiting about 5 more minutes and asked where are the sundaes. She just kept staring at me. I repeated myself 3 time. She pointed to the receipt. She refund me for the mcfullrries. I asked if I can please get two hot fudge sundaes. She just kept shrugging her shoulders. She finally was like "I don't know what that is". We ended up going into the store. The young man that waited on us was very nice and pleasant. Read moreFriday, the 26th of February was perhaps, the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. I am a regular customer at this location. I was also here on the 25th and 5th of February 2021. I arrived inside the restaurant at 7:45pm. It's the middle of the dinner rush. There were several people spread out, waiting for their orders.(Door Dash type Cst's) The cashier upfront was taking "walk in" customer orders as well as assembling "door dash" pick up orders. She took my order; I paid; she gave me my change; I moved to the side. There was a man sitting near where I was standing, doing POP merchandising in the middle of the restaurant's dinner rush. I patiently waited until 9:10 pm to receive my food order but before a Drive Thru customer came inside, threw around several vulgarities, asked for a refund then left. I also asked for my money back. $35 is alot on "Fast Food." Did I mention there was a large amount of stagnant water on the front floor where the employees were working, sliding back and forth?
