The food was good. The fries were fresh and the sandwich was hot. The problem was the soda! I purchased my order from Drive-thru. I don't like drive-thrus, as a whole, because you don't learn about any issue, until you're on your way. Companys know this! And they know you probably won't come back to fix the issue. So, like on this visit, my soda was bad! not wrong! But Bad.
My soda was Mostly Seltzer Water. I was over a mile away before I realized this. When possible during my route, I called this restaurant 2-times, their receipt wasn't clear, so I had to research their number. Initially, I wanted to alert them to avoid additional disappointed customers. Each time I held onto the call for 10 rings, but no answer. I called hours later after getting home and stil, no answer.
I would have submitted this via survey, but some numbers weren't clear on the receipt. (You can't get survey reference numbers on an internet search).
Soda is a high mark up item! This restaurant isn't serving as many walk-in as before the Pandemic. So please tell me why they didn't monitor their soda equipment properly? Why didn't they answer the phone? And why wasn't the ink-pad replaced sooner, so I could have a clearly printed receipt?!
I paid promptly, no money issues! This restaurant got all they were due from me! I used the avenues available. So where is My-Satisfaction?!
Drive-thru restaurants have been able to maintain business during this Pandemic, often as the primary service port. So why, are they still not serving their quality product?! Also, why have they all Increased their prices?! Many people have Less-Money, than more.......

Read moreCustomer Service I had first did a visit at this location at 0730 in the morning 5/13/2020. I had order an Egg McMuffin Sandwich. My sandwich was cold and hard. I talked with your floor manager that was on duty at the time that was also working the drive thru window. He explain to me that he will have it redone. I was okay with that. when I received the second sandwich it was still hard and put together sloppy. so I ask for a refund and I received it. I return back to your location on 5/13/2020 at 6:38pm on my way to work. I order and medium coffee with cream and equal and two apple pies. the young lady who took the order was very unprofessional. I repeated my order twice and she still didn't get it correct due to the background noise that was going on inside the store. when I came to the window to pay for my order she had an attitude and she was being very nasty and unprofessional. I ask to speak to the manager on duty she explain to me that she didn't know who it was. Now just to explain a little about myself. I started my customer service career at that very location 7500 City Avenue as an cashier then work myself up to opening manager. I am now a nurse at Lankenua Hospital where I still serve in customer service. I understand that we are in an pandemic situation. However, I feel that if your staff is not willing to do their job with professionalism they should not be at work.
