Mixiie — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Sooo me and my husband have been a long time customer, even went as far as promoting this business on my personal instagram serval times because i really like the owners and the smoothies are good. However, almost every time i came i always tipped and not a couple of cents no i would give like a dollar or more tip. So a couple of weeks ago i came in to get a smoothie and it’s been a while. I go to pay and exacting my normal amount and come to find out she’s been holding a note to herself that she forgot to charge me $4 the last time i was there which was probably over 4 MONTHS prior. I know some people are going to say it’s only $4. It’s the principal at the end of the day. All those times i tipped i paid well over $4 for whatever she forgot to charge me. As a business owner, I’m not going to charge my well paying customer someone i have a really good relationship with $4 from months ago when i know that person and her husband tips and is always so nice and friendly. Customer service sucks. They're trying to hire new people that don't know what they're doing totally messed my order up and the owner "checked" the camera to see if I really asked for what I asked for. The video had no sound and she turned around and said I didn't ask for whipped cream and was still trying to charge me $1 extra. When I told her to give me my money back she ask the worker how much did I pay. She tried to short me $1 then when the girl told her I paid cash she tried to act like oh I thought you used your card , she gave me the smoothie and still kept my money I shouldn't have took it. Horrible customer service. Visited a few times back to back during my visit. Gave hefty tips. Recent visit the lady rushed my bowl. I paid for extra ingredients but she gave less ingredients than when I didn’t pay for extra. The base was different and watered down.
