GREAT FOOD BUT I JUST CALLED IN AND THE COUNTER GIRL KEPT REPEATING MY CARD # BACK WRONG I WAS SIMPLY REPEATING IT AND NEXT THING I KNOW ANOTHER MORE PLEASANT GIRL ANSWERED SAYING THEY WOULD SEND MACHINE WITH DELIVERY WHILE I HEAR THE FIRST GIRL IN THE BACK GROUND LIEING SAYING I GAVE HER THE WRONG NUMBER 4 TIMES WHEN I BUY FROM THERE QUITE OFTEN , AND SHE REPEATED MY CARD NUMBER WRONG TWICE. FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU MUST HAVE PATIENCE, ADMIT IF YOU HEARD WRONG, AND TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH MORE RESPECT, IF YOU NEED TO VENT KINDLY TELL CUSTOMER TO HOLD THAT'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PUT PHONE DOWN OR PASS IT OFF WHEN A SIMPLE "MAM CAN I GET YOUR CARD # AGAIN TO CONFIRM IS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED" I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN ALTHOUGH THE OWNER IS VERY PLEASANT AND THE FOOD IS GREAT A BUSINESS IS ABOUT GREAT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. waiting time great, sprite cold, 50% food hot. That is the good. Here goes the bad: French fries hard, the bacon cheese French fries-the cheese was nasty and the bacon was bad it was not fried like it is suppose to be if you ever had turkey bacon cooked flat in micro wave the is what it was like both in the bacon cheese fries but also the bacon cheese burger-which they forgot the cheese and the tomatoes was mushy , the hamburger had a bad taste like it was cook on the grill that other things had been cooked on and not cleaned off.
