Hello , this is my 2nd time bringing my daughter to this dentist office , and my first experience wasn’t the best but my 2nd experience was way better! The receptionist was nice and more welcoming then they was the very first time. It’s a very clean and spacious environment. They are so caring and friendly there I was feeling very anxious and concerned about the procedure that my daughter had to get done ( she’s 1 year old ) and Dr josh made sure he reached out to me multiply time explaining and answering all the questions I had for him and the attending, he made sure that he would be the one there with my daughter for the procedure as well. My daughter is very clingy and i didn’t think she was gonna do well going in the back by herself she screams and hollers for hours when we leave him with people that she actually knows like her aunts and uncles lol she even was like that with her dad for like her first 9 months of life lol, but anyway I could hear her cry for the first 2 minutes then I heard noting so I wasn’t sure if she stopped or if I couldn’t hear her but I just knew she wasn’t gonna let them do what they had to do and that they was going to have to come get me. But 20 minutes later her and Dr.josh both walked out with smiles on their faces and two hands full or all types of toys and stickers lol.. They did such an amazing job with my baby girl and I honestly appreciate that so much !! I would definitely recommend!! Thank you soo...

I have been taking my children here for over 12 years and at this appointment my 8 yr old had a bad experience with one of the dentist. He had tears in his eyes and expressed that one of the dentist was “mean” to him. He was very adamant that it wasn’t the dentist who walked him out but a blonde haired dentist that was in the back. My child has separation anxiety and was very nervous about having a procedure done. I had to reassure him that things would be smooth and painless. I had been reassuring him days before the appointment so you can imagine my disappointment in the lack of professionalism that was exhibited towards my child. When you choose a profession that will have you working with young patients, you have to understand that all children have different personalities and hang ups. Every child wont come into the back (without their parent) and be fully receptive. That’s where PROFESSIONALISM should kick in. Simply put, my son felt bad leaving the appointment and that should’t be. If you don't have patience for children, DON’T WORK WITH CHILDREN. Also it was mentioned by the dentist that “no one complains” as if she was trying to invalidate the experience my child had. For me, that is a very dismissive response, one that lacks accountability for the tone in which she took with a child that she made feel uneasy. If I can zero stars to this place, I would! Medical assistants are ver y unprofessional. I went to take my granddaughter for an appointment, it was at 8:45am got there at 8:20am, it took them one whole hour to call me just to fillout a form that only take less than five minutes. Then I said a comment " a whole hour to call us" and a young, spanish nedical assistant said to the other girl, "did you hear what she said" in a very ignorant and unprofessional tone trying to antagonize an argument. The staff you have at the front desk is a reflection of your practice. They need better customer service training.

Then I had to wait 30-45 minutes for dentist to call to have her teeth cleaned out. While in the process, waited another whole hour. Got out of there at 11:15 am. My granddaughter lost a whole school day. I didn't sent her to school because by the time she gets to school, it was going to be 12pm. After 12pm they don't take any students. I do not recommend this place, unless you have all the time in the world to wait and deal with ignorant and unprofessional staff. I have been reading other reviews here from a month ago, some from two months ago and there are people with the same issues I had. There's someone giving answers, but no solutions. I used to go there before and it was not like that. Maybe is a different owner or there are different staff...
