New Station Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Back in the day in 1990s.. Luka own the store.. I was going out with him at that time.. I remember it was around Easter time & he was fixing up the store. Painting that Sunday night.. I had made an entire Italian Easter dinner & made several foods. I packed everything up * went over & help Luka for the evening.. ok so as the entire time I was going out with Luka the food was great. Him & his partner had a very good establishment.. as years went by.. things had changed.. Today, as I know it's NOT the same people who own it as b4.. cuz Luka was part of the 911 terrorist group.. when the news showed ALL the peoples puctures on tv that was part of 911.. i automatically flipped out.. i called the FBI & gave them ALL the pix & ALL the info i had on luka & 9 of his friends that i met & the places we went to in New York.. by then i was understanding arabic.. & a few times a month we had 2 go 2 airport & pick up another cousin or friend.. there was 1 guy who stood out fromALL the rest that i met.. he had a gold completion & beautiful green - blue eyes.. he was young.. ALL i can say is that i didnt know i was that close to danger !! As 4 luks & his mom & so called sisters & brothers & golden boy with blue eyes... They were sooo very kind 2 me.. i just couldn't believe that they wereceived part of the terrorist group..ALL i can say is video, photos, & finger prints DONT LIE... It goes 2 show U...that u never know who U come in contact with.. i wish the new owners the best with thearth business... Still love my Egyptian people..NOTALL Egyptians are bad, just like NOT ALL Americans are bad.... Best of luck New Station...

Ordered 2 turkey Ruebens, it came with terrible presentation, the wrong cheese (american instead of swiss) and NO Saurktraut. It also had no thousand island sauce but the menu didn't mention one way or the other if it did. I made sure to repeat that I wanted a good amount of saurkraut bc I know some places only put a teensy bit. I saw literally one piece of saurkraut on my sandwich. Not pleased. If they weren't closed I'd take this back to the store and complain. Do NOT buy.

The only thing good here so far is the curly cheese fries. The curly fries come with cheese wiz NOT the cheese mentioned on the menu but that is a positive for me. I get them with just pepper seasoning. and cheese on them. These are 5 🌟 for taste.

Inside the store has a nice vibe still, it's a hole in the wall with a small reception area and no seating. It feels like a good place to grab a snack from and head home.

I do not recommend getting delivery. The delivery person was blasting music, and shouting like a madman at midnight. Instead of just delivering the food to our porch like a normal person would. No receipt with...

I ordered a small plain pizza & a 20 oz. Brisk, almost exactly at 7 pm. the driver came up to me, and said that the girl forgot to give him the soda, and that he would come back with it. The bill was $10:20, & I gave him $12. I finished eating the pizza at 8 p.m., figuring he would be there with my soda at any minute. After 5 calls over a period of three hours I finally got my soda at 10:55 p.m. On the last couple of calls, they sounded surprised that he had not gotten the soda to me yet. In other words they had ordered him to deliver it. however in the pizza delivery business, no more money is made by completing a delivery that was half baked at the outset. I can only believe that he brought the soda at 11 p.m. because they stop taking orders at 10 p.m. When I told him the manager said I could get my money back, he just said call the store and bruskly left. Quite frankly, at this point I have no desire to call that establishment again. I'll just get my pizza at City Wide. The pizza was great, but the service terrible.
