This place is fraudulent and I suspect they are paying for a ton of fake reviews to drown out real ones because they are not detailed and not reflective of the actual place.

I rented here for 4 months and the rate unexpectedly/unexplainably increased TWICE in that time frame. I'm pretty sure what they do is lure you in with specials to get a low rate of like $50-60 for the first month or two, then jack up the rate once they've got your stuff and its inconvenient for you to move it out. They also don't tell you about the mandatory insurance you have to get for $15-18 more a month until after you've moved in. My original rate (without the "3 month discount") was supposed to be $102/month. My bills each month were $70, $110, $120, $150 by the time I moved out.

Not to mention the place is filthy and the tops of the storage units are open, so dirt, dust, and who knows what else falls all over your stuff while it's there.

I made the mistake of moving my stuff out after hours and trying to contact them to close my account for 2 weeks. They never pick up the phone, or return my voicemails. When I called corporate, I was put on hold and hung up on. They never replied to my emails. I tried closing it out via the chat window on their website, and the guy said he left the manager a note and they'd get back to me. They never did, but I guess they finally closed it out because I can't log in anymore.

The manager is rude. Each time I’ve called to make payment and get information, he would cut me off as I was speaking, spoke & scolded me as if I was a child and after a couple of times, I dread calling their office. I decided to leave my belongings there and walk away from the rudeness and headache of dealing with the manager. He sent my $200 balance to collections. I’ve been trying to pay it for over a month now, but they just denied my settlement offer, after I called their office and spoke with him and explained that I’ve reached out to the collection agency about 3X’s in one month, looking to settle my debt.

He could never tell me what my balance was for the times I would call early in my agreement. Once he rushed me off the phone and said he’ll call me back, but never did. I waited for the weekend and spoke with a woman who was extremely helpful.

Rightfully, they sold all of my belongings, which was fine and it should have covered my balance. But he assessed an enormous amount of fees, which made the biller higher, which is now in collections as a result.

He’s rude with poor customer service. I will never ever recommend anyone here.

Do not use this company for anything. The employees will break in your locker and steal your stuff and when you file a police report they will retaliate against you. This recently happened to me and while I was fileing my police report another renter pulled up and walked over and told the officer that he had also been robbed about a week prior. He also said that he knows many other people in his facility who have been robbed. This place is dirty and infested with mice and roaches they do not care about the people they rent to, and the manager needs a sever attitude adjustment. In the very near future the DA will be filing charges against the manager and another employee once this happens I will be parked near the entrance to a facility with a banner on a blue Dodge caravan warning people not to. Use this facility stop and talk to me and I will tell you of other people who have had their property stolen here.
