I went there for only one time and will never ever repeat it. The doctor was kind but every thing I heard from here is totally the opposite of all what other doctors said 😊. The employee in the lab is extremely rude and impertinent. She yelled at me and kept raising her voice even though I didn’t respond and become rude to her! The situation started when I asked her to pull the blood by using the butterfly and explained why to her. People always use the butterfly every where I went to from tHe biggest and most expensive places to the normal clinics. She claimed that the results do not come accurate with the butterfly and it is the same size with the other kind, besides they only use it for infants and people with small veins. I will never recommend this place because I do not trust them especially after the situation I had with the lab technician. Is this the way they treat their patients? To make them more stressed? I am seven months pregnant on my third trimester I have not been able to get anything done at this health center the girls there are so ghetto they'll tell you anything instead of telling you exactly what's going on with your medical records I've been trying to get transferred to temple they told me today I couldn't get seen But little do you know I can't get seen at temple because you'll have not sent my medical records I'm pregnant and I also fell while being pregnant and I'm high-risk the worst place to go they like being on they cellphone while waiting to get dick at 5 o'clock rather than doing a job how are you going to say I can't get seen but you haven't even retrieve my name to even see if I've been fully discharged or not which I wasn't...

Arrived a little earlier for my dental appointment. Was told to sign in and have a seat. My appointment time had passed, I want back to the reception desk to inform them my time had passed. I was then told I had to fill out paperwork. (Remember I arrived early) So I then filled out 6 pages of patient information, returned the information back to front desk. Time passed and finally I was called to the back. Once I arrived to the back I sat in a room for 20 more minutes before someone came into the room. Appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm and was not seen until 1:45pm. New faculty, same customer care.
