UNSANITARY-WARNING-BUG IN FOOD

My boyfriend & I ordered lunch here 2 days ago. We ordered general tso chicken with white rice and chicken low mein combo.

Satisfied with portion size and the taste of the food UNTIL I took another bite of my low mein and realized there was an unusual taste and sound of crunch. I spit out the the food and it was a medium sized red bug. The body was the shape of an oval. It was very disgusting.

At first I thought it was the crunchy cabbage part of the low mein. However, finding the 2 remains, it was a bug. We called the restaurant right afterwards. The cashier lady over the phone apologized and to bring it back and she’ll make a new one or she can give us a DISCOUNT next time. We refused. We then came to the store and asked for a refund. She then kept on trying to explain that she’ll make us a new order. We insisted we only want our refund.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even though the flavor and taste is good. It is not sanitary. The lady didn’t even sound surprise over the phone. This is definitely not...

My first time ordering from them, I was super excited. I had Chinese food that taste like real Chinese food. So, I figured this was the best I've had in a long time, why not take the 25 min ride for some fresh Chinese food ( so I thought). I ordered 6 chicken wings and 2 shrimp rolls. No lie, they cooked me rotten chicken. It smelled so bad I had to throw pull over and trash the bag. I called to let them know, they knew it . Apologized and offered to make me some more free of charge. Really, absolutely not! I will not ever order from there again , because I dont trust them. They knew the chicken was bad, but still desided to fix it up and sell it anyway. I forgot to mention, I ate half a wing before I realized it was bad. It was cooked in a fresh batter and grease . I can't say not to order from them, but please check your food...

Ordered food via delivery9pm. Food was delivered at 9:43 and the gravy had spilled all over everything in the bag (also no gravy for the food I ordered). I call and just ask for a refund for the food that was damaged (not even the whole order). Even sent pictures to the delivery person. After being on the phone with a third party phone operator; I was told that I could not get a refund and they can only give me a credit. I don’t want a credit! I’m never spending my money here again. I kept insisting that I want my money refunded. Only to be told by the third party operator that the store closed at 10pm. DO NOT SPEND A PENNY HERE!!! Terrible...
