11/25/2022 Decided to give this location another try since itās local to me. What did I do that for ?
ROSELYN (who said she was the manager when I asked to speak with one) would not allow me to add ONE drink into my order that I wasnāt going to order at first due to her being rude to me at the speaker box telling me āI canāt put your Venti drink in a trenta cup even if you want extra cold foam because my manager wonāt let me ā
So , when I pulled up to the window I asked to speak to the manager and she stated that SHE WAS THE MANAGER ⦠as our conversation continues she then contradicted her self and said āmy manger isnāt here Iām just the shift supervisor ā ā¦.
āThe only way you can add a drink on is if you go all around the store get back in line (there was only one person behind me ā¦- it was not a busy day she was clearly playing a power and control game ā¦which is weird because hunni⦠you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE ā¦. you have no power or controlā¦.) and place your order at the speaker ā ⦠so she wasted 10 of our minutes going back and forth with me at the window instead of spending one minute adding my drink on and 2 minutes making it she decided bickering with me was most wise ā¦. Bless her little heart.
Anyway ā¦. Now I remember why I stopped coming to this locationā¦. Staff are rude & they have this nasty attitude like you owe them something.
Iām giving you MY MONEY to make MY DRINK the way I WOULD LIKE IT ⦠not to be lied to and argued with about adding a dang drink on at the window ā¦. Which BTW I have never had an issue with at any other location , if I forget something at the speaker ANY OTHER STARBUCKS has no problem adding it on. Like NONE. JUST THIS LOCATIONā¦. Thanks for reminding me why I should deff never come back.
This is like the Walmart version of Starbucks ā¦. Sad really.
Other review : Apparently when you ask for no ice that means that you donāt get your cup filled up with the drink YOU ARE PAYING FOR.
Asked for a pink drink with no ice and no strawberries and (apparently according to their āpolicies ā ) if you get no ice you get nothing but air in the rest of your cup.
Makes no sense.
Ridiculous.
A few of the staff here are super kind but a BUNCH are not and they are always out of items they know are always in high demand such a ham and Swiss paninis and constantly running out of cold foam and leaving the half empty when you say no ice. The service was shockingly inattentive, my order was completely wrong, and when I addressed it, I was met with indifference and rudeness. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, this location failed spectacularly. I will not be returning, and I urge management to address the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy , This experience left me stunned. The staff behaved as though serving customers was an inconvenience. My order was mishandled twice, the environment was dirty and chaotic, and not once did anyone offer an apology or solution. Starbucks, this location is damaging your name , I walked out feeling disrespected and frustrated beyond words. Not only was my drink wrong, but the dismissive attitude from the staff was appalling. This wasnāt just bad service , it was insulting. Starbucks should be embarrassed to have a location run this poorly and the staff should be ashamed and embarrassed of themselves I been coming to this location for years and not once was i ever met with this much disrespect and attitude , since new staff members have arrived I seen a turn in great service and iam appalled and embarrassed for them but letās put the cherry on top with this location , i was appalled by the lack of basic hygiene among staff at this Starbucks. Employees handled drinks with visibly dirty hands, and the preparation area was in disarray and unclean. Itās alarming that a company of this size allows such negligent practices. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually go there for coffee. The quality is not that great, the way they make it, but since it's on my way to work - I don't have complaints. But last time and today was the worst. Last time we came thru Drive thru and the girl was so rude. She was sitting on the chair and asked us to pull up closer because she didn't want to stand up and I am not asking to be friendly and ask how is my day, but the way she talked to us and her attitude- was way too much . And today I just couldn't stop myself from leaving the review. We came to drive thru again, and it was the same lady. First, I guess she couldn't hear us thru speaker, but it's not such a big deal, we had the mobile order so we thought it would be ready any minute. When we pulled up to the window, in a rudely matter, she told us that she didn't hear us and made a big deal out of it. And then , another worker came up and told us to pull around in 2 minutes because out order is not ready, which I think is absurd, because we waited in the line already. But we didn't want to argue, so we decided to come in, after we parked we saw that there were 4l5 cars in line, so it would have taken us another 10 minutes to get to the window again. As soon as we came in, they handed us our ready drinks, which were standing on the side. And they were warm, not hot, so I guess they made it but didn't notice. .. Overall my today's experience was bad, we wasted the time and my good mood was gone because of this rude attitude. I don't think I will ever go there again. They have changed the whole staff and the drinks became worse. And it is the first time I have seen starbucks being empty inside, I guess that was not a good choice of...
