We go here on a regular basis and almost every time our coffees end up, looking like this half full, sometimes no whip cream and missing things we paid for. Unfortunately, we usually order blonde cappuccinos two pumps of regular sugar, and one mocha. We get charged extra for these things every time we order and it’s never consistently right to where we’re happy. I’ve called before in regards to our order being wrong and the manager to remedy. The situation tells us that we have to come in. Well we don’t have time to come in or come back every time it’s wrong …. and the times that we have brought it back we met with an attitude and poor customer service. I don’t understand how the employees can get mad at us when we’re simply asking them for the full cup of coffee that we ordered and paid for that happens to be pretty expensive. It’s not that we messed the order up or wasn’t clear about what we wanted Starbucks prints out sticker of the order that was placed so when it doesn’t match the sticker why we met with an attitude? My fiancĆ© and I go to Starbucks quite often so we know what the quality is supposed to look like and service is supposed to be. For what you’re spending on a cup of Starbucks coffee you’re expecting all the core values and atmosphere that’s promised with that first feeling. Our coffee totals out to be $16 every time for the same 2 cups of coffee that are widely inconsistent every time. We posted a picture time stamping the name, the order and the store. We love Starbucks and are just looking for some feedback regarding these unfortunate circumstances. Thank you.

I've been getting venti iced matcha lattes with chocolate cold foam and 4 pumps of pistacio sauce for a bit now. They couldn't seem to figure this drink out at this location. The girl at the drive thru handed it to me and I immediately knew someone wasn't right. The foam was all green and just bubbly. It's supposed to be brown as it's chocolate but it was too airy and just like disappearing. She assured me that's what always happens. It doesn't. I've never had one look the way this one did. I drove away and turned out of the parking lot and then tasted it. It was awful. No chocolate or pistacio sauce flavor at all. Just plain watered down matcha. I drove all the way back and went in. The girl was polite and apologized. Then she remade it. It was exactly the same. Watered down with 0 flavor. I was too aggravated to say anything else and just left. These drinks are way too expensive not to be exactly as they should be. And the bacon and gouda sandwich I got was wet and mushy. Completely inedible. Won't be going here again. $15 down the drain. The picture on the left is one made correctly. The one on the right is the one they gave me today.

11/25/2022 Decided to give this location another try since it’s local to me. What did I do that for ?

ROSELYN (who said she was the manager when I asked to speak with one) would not allow me to add ONE drink into my order that I wasn’t going to order at first due to her being rude to me at the speaker box telling me ā€œI can’t put your Venti drink in a trenta cup even if you want extra cold foam because my manager won’t let me ā€œ

So , when I pulled up to the window I asked to speak to the manager and she stated that SHE WAS THE MANAGER … as our conversation continues she then contradicted her self and said ā€œmy manger isn’t here I’m just the shift supervisor ā€œ ….

ā€œThe only way you can add a drink on is if you go all around the store get back in line (there was only one person behind me …- it was not a busy day she was clearly playing a power and control game …which is weird because hunni… you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE …. you have no power or control….) and place your order at the speaker ā€œ … so she wasted 10 of our minutes going back and forth with me at the window instead of spending one minute adding my drink on and 2 minutes making it she decided bickering with me was most wise …. Bless her little heart.

Anyway …. Now I remember why I stopped coming to this location…. Staff are rude & they have this nasty attitude like you owe them something.

I’m giving you MY MONEY to make MY DRINK the way I WOULD LIKE IT … not to be lied to and argued with about adding a dang drink on at the window …. Which BTW I have never had an issue with at any other location , if I forget something at the speaker ANY OTHER STARBUCKS has no problem adding it on. Like NONE. JUST THIS LOCATION…. Thanks for reminding me why I should deff never come back.

This is like the Walmart version of Starbucks …. Sad really.

Other review : Apparently when you ask for no ice that means that you don’t get your cup filled up with the drink YOU ARE PAYING FOR.

Asked for a pink drink with no ice and no strawberries and (apparently according to their ā€œpolicies ā€œ ) if you get no ice you get nothing but air in the rest of your cup.

Makes no sense.

Ridiculous.

A few of the staff here are super kind but a BUNCH are not and they are always out of items they know are always in high demand such a ham and Swiss paninis and constantly running out of cold foam and leaving the half empty when you say no ice. I was in this location today around , 1-1:30pm, This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The service was shockingly inattentive, my order was completely wrong, and when I addressed it, I was met with indifference and rudeness. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, this location failed spectacularly. I will not be returning, and I urge management to address the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy , This experience left me stunned. The staff behaved as though serving customers was an inconvenience. My order was mishandled twice, the environment was dirty and chaotic, and not once did anyone offer an apology or solution. Starbucks, this location is damaging your name , I walked out feeling disrespected and frustrated beyond words. Not only was my drink wrong, but the dismissive attitude from the staff was appalling. This wasn’t just bad service , it was insulting. Starbucks should be embarrassed to have a location run this poorly and the staff should be ashamed and embarrassed of themselves I been coming to this location for years and not once was i ever met with this much disrespect and attitude , since new staff members have arrived I seen a turn in great service and iam appalled and embarrassed for them but let’s put the cherry on top with this location , i was appalled by the lack of basic hygiene among staff at this Starbucks. Employees handled drinks with visibly dirty hands, and the preparation area was in disarray and unclean. It’s alarming that a company of this size allows such negligent practices. This is not only unprofessional but a clear health risk. , especially the darker women / it , not sure on that area but her lack of hygiene and horrible attitude is disgusting !? I usually go there for coffee. The quality is not that great, the way they make it, but since it's on my way to work - I don't have complaints. But last time and today was the worst. Last time we came thru Drive thru and the girl was so rude. She was sitting on the chair and asked us to pull up closer because she didn't want to stand up and I am not asking to be friendly and ask how is my day, but the way she talked to us and her attitude- was way too much . And today I just couldn't stop myself from leaving the review. We came to drive thru again, and it was the same lady. First, I guess she couldn't hear us thru speaker, but it's not such a big deal, we had the mobile order so we thought it would be ready any minute. When we pulled up to the window, in a rudely matter, she told us that she didn't hear us and made a big deal out of it. And then , another worker came up and told us to pull around in 2 minutes because out order is not ready, which I think is absurd, because we waited in the line already. But we didn't want to argue, so we decided to come in, after we parked we saw that there were 4l5 cars in line, so it would have taken us another 10 minutes to get to the window again. As soon as we came in, they handed us our ready drinks, which were standing on the side. And they were warm, not hot, so I guess they made it but didn't notice. .. Overall my today's experience was bad, we wasted the time and my good mood was gone because of this rude attitude. I don't think I will ever go there again. They have changed the whole staff and the drinks became worse. And it is the first time I have seen starbucks being empty inside, I guess that was not a good choice of...
