Wawa — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I stop in sometimes in mornings to get something to eat n drink..or gas . this is the cleanest wawa I've seen , n workers are very friendly. And girls cooking the food know u by face n memory on how u like ur food... what can I say they r great... there's just 1 thing wrong... THIS location should serve the HOT TURKEY GOBBLER 24/7.. it's the great s andwhich for n e time.. especially for night time movie time.. Love this location.. n what's also good is they have a bulletin board for community as u walk in .. this place is very friendly.. great staff.. keep up the good work girls..!!.. this is the go to spot..!! I don't know what has happened to this store but the workers are NOT being clean when they r making your food n some of the women are NOT wearing hair nets n just a hat... one day I was standing aside waiting for my sandwich n the woman who had NO hair net on ..scratch her head in her ponytail bun.. with her gloves on .. she was making sandwiches for people.. she did not wipe her gloves off with towel or/ n she did NOT change her gloves. She didnt do n e thing to be clean..Like as if it WASNT the 1st time she has done this.. she continued to grab rolls N make sandwiches. N she started to make my sandwich n I stop her n told her nevermind... I had changed my mind ..that I wasn't that hungry after all.. also the bottle of Pepsi Smell like urine all on the caps n on top . We had purchased a few bottles n it was clearly that... it was somebody's urine.. among other things.. we were curious n used a black light n you would NOT believe what we saw... I don't buy beverages from here n e more... if NO one believe.. smell them, n use a black light... people please get ur acts together... this store is going down hill... I have ONLY notice 3 very good employees here. Stocky guy who makes sandwiches.. he's very clean n good n fast.. 2.. a young girl medium to dark skin black girl..she had blonde hair.. she's very clean n good n fast n very polite n does a good job..N she wears her hair net.. N 3. A girl that's there around 5am. I don't know her name or if she's night or early morning shift.. but she wears her hair back n has her hair net on .. she very on the move always keeping busy and she can multitask.. she's on the register n can still greet you as you come in.. if NO customers.. she's always getting something done n she does it with a smile.. Managers, can u please check on the women NOT wearing hair nets n touching the hair.. N making food.. also their cleaning habits.. the only thing keeping clean is their hands under the gloves .. but they r touching everything else that's dirty n making food... that is NOT being...

I visit this Wawa frequently and while the customer service is perfectly fine, i's never the best overall experience. Visiting today, I was appalled by the condition of this Wawa. Please see pics attached. This store was not busy or crowded, but I think the associates making food were so occupied by door dash items that they neglected in person shoppers. This included the long wait time for my iced coffee of which tasted absolutely disgusting but I didn't have time to take it back in the store because I was in a rush and the long wait time had already put me extremely behind on time. What made matters worse was the condition of the self-serve area for coffee. The counters were dirty and sticky. I noticed this because I also purchased a hot coffee. Nov. 3, 2021 approximately @10:30 am- There are clearly signs posted at the entrances that mandate mask wearing. Yet the lady in line in front of me had her mask around her chin. Nothing was said. A man passed by- no mask. I asked the cashier about the policy. Her response was, "I AM wearing a mask!" I pointed out 3 other people walking about freely in the store without masks! No response from the young lady! I am 71, vaccinated and have tried to stay as safe as possible. At home I started drinking my coffee, that was from the French Vanilla urn, and wondered why it tasted like Hazelnut- the flavor I detest! So no coffee with my Sizzli.
