Ozzy's Pizza II — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Ok so yes it is a fact that Ozzy's has the best buffalo wings...but I put them to the test last night and they EXCEEDED my expectations. So the pizza I ordered with my wings I wanted to be a lil different. Outside of the cheese pepperoni and sausage box. So I needed to know if I could get a chicken and vegetables pizza. The best thing I could come up with was to put chicken on the vegetarian pizza. At first there was some confusion. So much so that I hung up and just chalked it. 5 minutes later I get a call back from Ozzy's and he says he can do it. So I ordered and waited. Not too confident and I didn't know what to expect. So when I tell you I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AND COMPLETELY SATISFIED....This pizza was phenomenal!!! Onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and I think broccoli and perfectly grilled chicken. Sounds like alot but I was still able to hold a slice without the ingredients falling off...One slice is a satisfying meal...looked good, smelled good and taste good. Thanks Ozzy's for working with me on this crazy craving I had and I hope you can get used to making this pizza for me because it's my perfect side to your amazing buffalo wings. Wait maybe the wings are the side...at any rate AWESOME...

First time ordering from Ozzy’s. The staff was really nice and only took them 20 minutes to get my order ready from the time I placed the order. The Mega Onion rings were ok. Kinda underwhelming despite having a cool concept. The onion rings themselves were ok - very bland. And the extra cheeses and bacon really didn’t do much. Their Wiz Cheesesteak was alright. Not the worst steak I’ve had in Philly. The roll was actually really good. The steak itself was alright, except they grind theirs up, while I prefer larger chunks of beef. And the Wiz itself was not very good. Kinda low quality. But for a cheap price I can’t really complain. The Ham Stromboli was mid. Their sauce is not very good, and the ham and cheese they use in the Stromboli was not my favorite either. Also it had a lot more bread than filling. We also tried their Banana pudding and I think it’s the best thing I tried from them. Very sweet, very delicious, and overall a great dessert option. For the price this place is pretty decent. Definitely not the worst pizza place in Philly, I would be interested in going back and trying a few of their other selections. And maybe next time my expectations will...

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza & a small steak Stromboli. I told the woman I’m allegeric to mushrooms, so they’re aware & can clean the grill before making my Stromboli. I read the menu before ordering as well & it was only supposed to come with steak, sauce & cheese. My order came, it had mushrooms on it! It wasn’t a plain steak Stromboli, it actually had green peppers, onion, pepperoni & mushrooms on it. I seen a pepper & mushroom when I cut a piece, THANK GOD I didn’t eat it. When I called to notify them of the error, the man hung up on me! I called back & explained again what happened, the guy said they’re gonna make a new one & hung up on me again!

I understand it may have been the wrong order that was sent to me, I get we all make mistakes. But to be extremely rude and hang up on customers after YOU messed up? Yea, no. We won’t be ordering from here again and neither will my family or friends in this area. Had I eaten that, I would’ve had a bad reaction and they...
