Panda's House Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Panda House Chinese takeout the store has it's good and it's bad. The price of Chinese food seems to have gone up no matter where it is and this place is no exception. A good thing is that they're open later for people who missed dinner or have a nightly craving for the munchies. The food itself is made fresh but ordering is another challenge because whoever is running this shop doesn't seem to understand English very well and they will just hang up the phone on a customer when they don't understand. The place itself is just to take out window with plexiglass, a few benches, and an ATM machine. They sell other things like a convenience store, soda, candy, potato chips, personal care products, electronic adapters, some clothing, and loose tobacco products. This restaurant serves its purpose but to me it's a love-hate relationship and fulfills its need for the neighborhood that's why I'm giving it a better then neutral review. My last suggestion it's either water on the internet from a third party site or walk to this place to put your order...

DO NOT COME HERE! They don’t care about the quality of the food, they just want to steal your money for their bad excuse of “good food”. I’ve been ordering here for a lil whole but I started to notice things overtime that really made me feel disrespected as a customer. First of, the food taste like days old food that they re heat and serve to you. Very bad! We need fresh food! They don’t properly clean their meats. I once ordered a shrimp roll with shrimp fried rice and the rice tasted cold and the shrimp that was in the food and egg roll was NOT DEVEINED. So basically eating shrimp with waste still on it. I also remember a time I came in the store and I ordered some egg rolls and I watched them put the egg rolls in the grease and heard nothing sizzling. they then took it out and served it and they were a greasy mess!! They literally threw it in warm grease and gave it to me. Just bad...

i love their boneless spare ribs with white rice it’s soo good i feel like the large is better than the small they skimpy with the small for it to be 9 dollars but the large is definitely worth it . and their wings are really good too . and last but not least their homemade ice tea actually taste like ice tea and not hella sugar . could be cleaner but yk everyone has stuff going on can’t blam them just clean a lil when yall...
