Never seen anything like this, I checked online to see if they had the item I was looking for in stock. It said that it was in stock and can be picked up upper until closing time. I drove all the way up there,, first the store is a mess. I made my way to the automotive section where the item that I am looking for would be, only to find out that didn't even have any in stock. They only have a small 5 pack version of the item that I was looking for which was 200 pieces. I decide to just grab a few 5 packs for now but they are in a glass case and there is no button to alert customer service to the area. I asked about 7 employees for assistance and they all said that they didn't work in that area and proceeded to walk away. I then walked around trying to find someone who worked in that area which I never found. Finally I asked another employee and a manager just happened to be walking by and the employee let the manager know that I needed assistance. The manager never broke stride, he continued walking as he got on his radio and called for assistance but sent them to the wrong section. As I said I was walking around looking for assistance so I guess he thought that I needed assistance in the area that I was in when we crossed paths. He never asked. I go back to the isle to wait and see if anyone comes by. I was already in the store for about 20 minutes at this point. I waited another 10 minutes before I see a woman walking towards me slowly while texting on her phone. She finally comes, I get the items and proceed to check out, only to be told they don't accept apple pay, Google pay, or cash app and they don'thave tap to pay. C'mon its 2025 who doesn't accept these forms of payment???? If I could give them a 0...
Read moreWorst Walmart ever. Pure ignorance on the service desk the two African-American women were so rude. They lied to me about a policy. I had bought something at another store and because the package was torn up and tape shut, They tell me it was Walmart's policy that they couldn't take back clearance. It wasn't clearance it was Mark down only because of the way the box was. The sticker did not say clearance. Anyway they told me I had to take it back to the store I purchased at. I just bought the item Less than an hour ago I would have took it back to the store I purchase at but their service desk closed at 7:00 p.m. I wound up having to go all the way to Horizon Boulevard in Bensalem PA to return it. They returned the item with no problem it was just a the girls were ignorant I think it wasn't a racist thing. I had the receipt . I paid cash. No reason why they couldn't return it I believe they were laughing at me in everything I think because I'm overweight. I think they were just 2 Racist ignorant people. I think they were being lazy and they just didn't want to do their job. Oh but anyway the item was a metal Better Homes and Gardens double-sided clothing rack and when my fiance went to take it out of the box the metal was shredded I don't know how that could happen it had to be returned and they taped the Box up and put it back out for sale bad decision on that Walmart my fiance could have tore his hand open and we could be having a lawsuit with Walmart They are lucky he did not get hurt. I wish I would have...
Read moreOn June 14, 2025, I set out from my home pushing a cart and walked for more than an hour and a half, arriving at this Walmart store around 4pm to return an online purchase. After waiting in line, I was told by the front desk that the computer was not working and that online purchase returns were not possible. The advice given was to come back tomorrow or go to another Walmart to return the goods. My trip was completely in vain. And it would take more than an hour to walk to another Walmart from here, and I really donât have the energy. I canât understand it. Walmart is a big supermarket, why did this happen? Shouldnât Walmart have some backup plans to prevent this from happening? Itâs too bad. Not only did I fail to return the goods, but I also had to push the items back home and walked back and forth for 3 hours. I will never buy anything from Walmart again. Itâs outrageous.
I went home and contacted customer service, and they suggested that I call before my next trip to check if the Walmart setting is working properly, but this does not make up for my efforts. When I chose to return the item to Walmart on the webpage, there was no information next to it that I needed to call to make sure the machine was working properly before returning it. This experience is too much.
I don't have a printer or a car, so I can only get here on foot. I didn't expect this to be the outcome. I can't describe my feelings in words. If anyone wants to return something, please call the store first and don't make a...
