TLDR: Great Food and Some Room for Improvement
I’ve been here for the grand opening and have been coming to this place whenever I'm in the area. Their salted coffee is deliciously rich, bold, and always hits the spot! Their banh and teas are consistently great as well.
That being said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The baguette they use for their banh mi isn’t my favorite. I understand it’s “Paris Banh Mi,” but I feel they could draw in even more customers by tweaking the bread recipe to better suit the traditional style.
As for the space itself, I really appreciate the open layout. It makes the shop feel airy and inviting, but the way the furniture is arranged feels a bit awkward and takes away from the otherwise welcoming vibe. A little rearrangement could really enhance the atmosphere.
They also offer croissants, banh mi burgers and chicken pho which I think is a nice touch for anyone looking for something beyond the standard banh mi options.
Overall, it’s a solid spot with great drinks and food. A few adjustments, and this place could easily be a...
Read morePassed by this place every time on the way home from work and finally decided to stop in! It’s a very nice and chic little cafe. Very clean. There’s a parking lot and the staff are very friendly. I ordered B2: grilled pork which includes butter mayo, jalapeños, cucumber, cilantro, sour carrot, and radish. (No pork pate). It was absolutely amazing. It came out hot and I devoured the entire thing in one sitting. 100/100 completely recommend. I also got V2: an iced milk coffee. At the time, I believe I was craving vietnamese iced coffee but this was completely different - in a good way! It still tasted yummy. I also ordered the waffles and it came with a dip, but I couldn’t decide which and the cashier was super helpful with his recommendations! Either way, it came out great and it was fresh out the oven and was completely delicious. I’ve already recommended this place to my family and coworkers. I love that there are more Vietnamese places near my area - it allows me to find my comfort food easily since it’s so close to home. I would definitely get more banh mis here! No...
Read moreParis Bahn Mi has delicious sandwiches and bubble tea. I lived in Los Angeles for 20 years, and when I moved to Philadelphia a few years ago I didn't think I'd be able to find any place as good as my local Bahn Mi shop in LA. Well, I'm pleased to report that I have found a worthy successor. I had the shredded chicken Bahn Mi which was stuffed with chicken. The first few bites were a little dry, but when I got to that magic substance, "butter," it was just right. The next few bites gave me the kick of the jalapeño, and I was sold. My husband had the special Bahn Mi, and he enjoyed it a lot. He specifically commented that the pate was good. I also had a milk tea with boba that I asked to be 50% sweet, and it was perfect. The boba had a hint of Jasmine.
As we were finishing up, the manager (owner?) came to our table to ask how everything had been. We had no complaints and told him how much we enjoyed everything. We will definitely return to...
