Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Came in around 2 on a Friday as it was pretty pack, it wasn’t because of the people ordering that made it a headache it was the cashier not knowing how to ring up the items correctly. I literally had to do the order like I was working for Popeyes for the person that wanted the meal on my phone. The pickup was good tho, the girl that was packing the order did a flawless job on packing it. Was able to taste some of the meals that was ordered and the chicken was good and the mash potatoes had good reviews. That biscuit though… was probably one of the nastiest biscuits I’ve ever tasted. Not sure if they fell or were just sitting for too long but definitely not edible. Worst Popeyes ever if I could give 0 stars I would. I arrived at this location at 9:20pm I stood in line for about 10min when the manager says "no more chicken we're not making anymore chicken it takes 20 min to cook and we close at 10pm". Now I'm a reasonable person if it were 2 or 3 customers in there I could understand not making 2 whole new batches of chicken for such a small amount of people, however there where more than 6 people in front of me and several behind me line was almost to the door. Hi! I'm just writing to let you guys know that my brother got very bad FOOD POISONING after eating your food a few days ago. He's been throwing up for days with bad diarrhea. And it was all after eating from here. And we know it was your food because we had a very long morning and only had time to grab a late lunch that day, which happened to be your food. You guys need to be more aware and diligent with the way you handle the food here, seriously. You're a food establishment, you can kill someone with improper handling.
