Jerusalem Furniture — Hotel in Philadelphia

I ordered 2 living room sets from this Jerusalem (Rising sun location) during the covid pandemic, so everything had to be done over the phone! I had never bought furniture before without feeling it first & checking for comfort. But I put my trust into them & I don’t regret it! Everything came as pictured and described; and their prices are great!! From my initial conversation with REEM to my delivery, everything was exceptional service! Reem was very helpful & patient with me. She communicated well with me throughout the entire process and told me if my order came in earlier, she would call me for an earlier delivery date. She did just that! The delivery drivers were excellent during both deliveries (4 different guys). Everything comes packaged with cardboard & plastic, they set everything up, & ask you where you want the trash. Everyone should tip them! Lol. I wish I got their names to include them in this review. My king size bed collapsed after 3 months , I'm so mad and disappointed. My $1499 bed was the last one in the store when I purchased it , it looks good in the store but was shaking and making noises after a week after purchased it, I called them they send someone and the person said it's "normal". After 3 months me and my husband was just seating on it watching TV and the bed collapsed, thank God we are okay, I went to the store the next day with the pictures below, the guys told me first they can't find me in their, then he call a worker and finally find my purchases, he said i don't have warranty since it was the last one. Before this quarantine I had threw my dinette set out with plans to purchase a new one but the city had shut down I went 2 weeks with me and my kids eating on the sofa 😒 I tried my luck at jerusalem and called no answer but Reem called me RIGHT BACK we texted back and forth for about 3 days she really wanted to help me and find the perfect set so we took our time bc this is a purchase over the phone so I had to be trusting and she understood completely! I explained to her what I was looking for my budget and I sent some pics of what I wanted and she picked out a set that EXCEEDED my expectation And DELIVERY WAS ONLY 3 days!!!
