Read moreAttended a 76ers vs Magic Game. Magic lost, but that's not the issue. Please make sure to have all of your entrance employees know which door for fans/patrons to enter. A group of us walked toward an entrance and a man said "please use the other entrance".....which was fine. However, when we got to that entrance a VERY AGGRESSIVE AND LOUD FEMALE EMPLOYEE said "not this door use the other one!" When we attempted to explain to her that another employee told us the wrong door, she loudly yelled back "I don't care who told you this door, use the other door!!!". Very unprofessional and if i only remembered her name, she would be receiving a complaint to Corporate. Furthermore, we walked around the arena as you could not walk through the parking lot (understood) and there were signs that said "use 3rd entrance". We walked past 2 gated areas and knew that we had to keep walking......and each person at each gate said "keep walking" which we already knew. Is it common practice for your employees to be complete a-holes? Or is that just the charm of Philadelphia.....the so called "City of Brotherly Love"......more like...
