Why are Philadelphia fans so awful? I thought it was just a stereotype but after going to a 76'ers game I see why! Parking is poorly labeled to get into the prepaid lot, staff are not helpful or friendly at all. If you are a first timer, better study the layout, the club and everything is advance before hand. Lots of good beer selection and surprisingly not too extortionate for food and drinks.

We went to watch the Flyers vs. Bruins hockey game and were happy with the social distancing guidelines and mask mandate. We were a bit annoyed with the drink policy that forces you to buy a $6 pretzel with every alcoholic beverage you purchase. The seats were a bit too close, but seemed newer. Bathrooms were very clean and had a great time.

Attended a 76ers vs Magic Game. Magic lost, but that's not the issue. Please make sure to have all of your entrance employees know which door for fans/patrons to enter. A group of us walked toward an entrance and a man said "please use the other entrance".....which was fine. However, when we got to that entrance a VERY AGGRESSIVE AND LOUD FEMALE EMPLOYEE said "not this door use the other one!" When we attempted to explain to her that another employee told us the wrong door, she loudly yelled back "I don't care who told you this door, use the other door!!!". Very unprofessional and if i only remembered her name, she would be receiving a complaint to Corporate. Furthermore, we walked around the arena as you could not walk through the parking lot (understood) and there were signs that said "use 3rd entrance". We walked past 2 gated areas and knew that we had to keep walking......and each person at each gate said "keep walking" which we already knew. Is it common practice for your employees to be complete a-holes? Or is that just the charm of Philadelphia.....the so called "City of Brotherly Love"......more like...
