This joint does NOT post fake reviews for itself, unlike most other restaurants in the area. Yet, it still manages to maintain a 4.5-star rating on this site, which matches its 4.5-star rating on the other leading review site, Y**p, where it is much more difficult to post phony reviews. No pork products are used, which is a major bummer. Nonetheless, this restaurant serves the best pizza, cheesesteaks, and sandwiches in the entire area. Most items are fresh, of good quality, and delicious. As a teen, I was a cook and chef, so I know scrumptious when I see and taste it. The service is very slow and prices higher than average, but overall this is my go-to pizza/sandwich place. Highly recommended!

I had a breakfast platter. I was a little skeptical because I've never seen pictures of breakfast although I have had their sandwiches but when it came to how the pancakes would turn out I just wasn't sure. Let me tell you they were DELICIOUS!! Everything was DELICIOUS and cooked to perfection!

Overall good pizza. Got one pie that must have been fired from a canon into the cardboard box, causing an explosive shift of toppings to one side of cheesy goodness.

I have purchased food here many times over the 10+ years I’ve been living and working in the area, both stopping in to eat during my lunch break, and ordering delivery. I ordered food last night, mainly to feed my 3 kids because I didn’t have groceries. I ordered more than $50 of food, placed the order at 6:28, and I asked for a time estimate. I was told 45 minutes, they are busy. I called back at 7:15 to get an update, and they said 15 minutes. I called back at 7:38, they didn’t answer my first call, and then a man answered, someone different from before. I explained it had been almost double the time estimate -70 minutes since I ordered. He took offense to that and said “that’s not double! We’re busy! What do you expect? We make our food fresh.” I said I know that, I like the food, and I’ve ordered many times before, but this is excessively late and I wouldn’t have ordered if I had known how long it would take to arrive. The man started raising his voice and berating me, and started talking about “there are starving people in this world and you’re talking about this!” I just said sir, I don’t know what you’re implying but I won’t be ordering from this business again, and he said “good!” I don’t what he was assuming about me or worldviews, but he was definitely off, and that had NOTHING to do with my order being late and it was unprofessional, at the very least. So don’t complain if your food is late, because you will be reprimanded! My one son didn’t want to eat his food because it had obviously been sitting and was cold/ congealed. I still tipped the driver, and didn’t raise my voice or get ignorant with the guy on the phone. I guess I made the manager happy to lose a...

This restaurant produces very tasteful food at a fair price. As a frequent customer of this establishment, I can say that they have always prepared the food I ordered correctly. The cheesesteaks are great and non-greasy, fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the pizza is made of quality ingredients. The owners of this place are very approachable.

Update 7.9.2019: I am updating my old review from a year ago from 4/5 to 5/5. The quality of food from this place has exceeded my expectations since the new owners took over boardwalk. The fries are the perfect balance of soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. I got a chicken club two days in a row at different times of day to see how they handle the order during a busy time and a non-busy time. The results were pretty consistent and the presentation is nice. Compliments to the cooks! This place is always my go-to when I'm too...

I love pizza 🍕. I love it so much that in 2002 I took an 11 day vacation around my 24th birthday so I could go to as many pizza 🍕 places as possible to find the best pizza I could. I traveled to 49 different places and eat over 100 slices in New Jersey and I discovered that the very best pizza 🍕 places did 4 things. 1 they didn't deliver. 2 make the pizza in an area that they can be seen making the pizza. 3 they cook the pies straight on the oven (not on a screen). 4 they sell slices. Sadly Princes does none of the things the best pizza 🍕 places do. Because of that I will not even try the food. In Philadelphia I have found if a pizza place doesn't do at least 2 of the 4 things I mentioned the pizza is horrible. 20 years testing pizza has shown me what...
